the music in Blood and Wine had NO RIGHT to go so hard

the trailers were amazing probably the best DLC trailers ever. And all of it was in game and not CGI

RedMxrcy, you can play both DLCs at once...teleporting from one map to the other. The conclusion of Blood & Wine is the canon ending though.

I recommend saving the "Blood and Wine" DLC for last, if you haven't played it, yet. It feels like an awesome ending for the whole Witcher 3 game.

Hearts of Stone is the best witcher story ever told in games. Blood and Wine is the best DLC ever made by anyone.

NOOOOOOO the heart of stone trailer has spoilers... and its even more dissapointing when you miss that awesome scene. I guess i can tell to to remember the line "let him go or face my wrath"

I'm glad I didn't watch these before I played - too many spoilers. The beautiful music with the woman humming/wailing in the second Blood and Wine clip is the main 'countryside' theme in Toussaint (when you aren't on any creepy quest), so you'll hear a lot of that.

Thanks Red. Warning: the main fights in the DLC are much harder, almost right from the start (drowners are still just drowners though). You're playing with the grown-ups now ^^. It's nothing you can't handle but it will probably feel a lot harder, so I thought I'd let you know it isn't just you, they really are a step up.

Yep, these DLCs are big, especially B&W. B&W alone will take you about 40 hours to complete. HOS about half that time. So that's roughly about 60 more hours of the Witcher. 😁 I read an interview with CDPR a few years ago where they said B&W was a thank you letter to the gamer community for all their support. It feels like that too; like a love letter from the developers. Be advised, the enemies in both expansions are much harder than in the main game. Nothing like Dark Souls, mind you, but still tough. HOS will even give you actual boss fights that can become a little frustrating at times, so remain vigilant and keep Geralt well prepared for battle.

Can't wait to watch you play the Witcher remaster and the Witcher 4 when those come out over the next couple years

Trailers show too much, tbh.

It's a pity you decided to watch these trailers. Both in fact spoil a ton of stuff (Hearts of Stone is the worst offender overall, though). Even though you have no context for most of it (and that's what honestly saves much of the Blood and Wine ones), if the person watching actually mentally holds onto some scenes showed and recalls them while playing, they can be genuinely spoiled and know that some stuff is coming. My advice is that you don't think much about them and try to clear your mind of it all -- let the game present the stuff to you again, in its full intended form. I honestly don't know what CDPR was smoking when hey made these trailers, specially the HoS one -- they did so well with the ones to the base game...

A Night To Remember Trailer when watched can mean a lot or almost nothing depending the path you path you take towards the end of the Blood & Wine DLC and I personally don’t think it spoils any just like the other trailers don’t spoil anything until you have or are playing the DLC and they then don’t give anything away. But the choice is your, mate. 🦘🦘🦘
