FIRST REACTION to DPR IAN - SO BEAUTIFUL & NO BLUEBERRIES MVs 

Hey guys! Big apologies about the audio issues in the video! My mic was perfect when I tested it but at some point it went wrong and almost all of my videos today ended up messed up audio wise (yay!). I've tried to correct it as much as I can, but there's only so much I can do. I hope it doesn't affect you too much! ALSO! CL is at 4:39 in the So Beautiful MV btw, I thought that was a cool cameo! Since Christian also appeared in the 5 Star MV, I wonder if their MVs are connected... I can't wait to see what both of them put out next!

I'm so happy you reacted to those songs. DPR is such a fascinating collective. In every aspect, what they create just pulls you in, and whan you finish watching/listening you feel like you came back from a different dimention. I wanted to say more in fancy words, like they deserve, but my Monday brain is currently failing me.

DPR is my favorite crew on khiphop, their work is another level. I fell in love when I saw their work in the productions for DPR LIVE.

this crew is just art their songs, their music videos, their concepts and their acting are all insane

If you want a really great video to explain the whole concept you should watch "Memories In Disorder" | OFFICIAL 'MITO' DOCUMENTARY. It explains the inspiration and concept of his entire upcoming album, goes into each song (similar to a highlight medley but more artsy/"making of") and the documentary is shot beautifully. It's not super long (about 13 mins) so it's not a time consuming watch

this album MITO is a masterpiece, the story behind this album makes it even better, I watched Christian talk about it for almost 30min and I would do it again, the whole album tells a story, and the voice that is like "tunned down" is MITO, is a little complicated, but yeah, this album deserves best album I've always liked DPR, but this year made me realize they are my favorite label, without hesitation, all DPR members are so talented in every aspect, they always give us the bests albums and the bests concepts AHHHH

Yep! The mvs are connected! :D and it’s also interconnected with CL’s 5 star as well! I mean, CL cameo in so beautiful (I believe they shot both mvs together), then her featuring in no blueberries, so yep she’s a part of this storyline-and he said so himself in one of his ig live, so you might want to check out hers, and be more confused lmao! And yes, i love how she shows different range of vocals here, we don’t usually hear her lower tone, but it really meshes well with his.. I also can’t wait for his album to drop this friday! It’ll be a musical (and visual) trip for sure!

He used to be a member of the group C-Clown, if you've heard of them. Everything he puts out is absolutely gorgeous both musically and visually. His collab with adobe with his song Zombie pop is one of my favorite works by him. Edit: Also his eye ring is the most The Sims thing ever

My english is not the best, but in his IG live Christian (DPR IAN) explained that no blueberries is actually about people's fears, like someone can fear a blueberrie but for everyone else can find it ridiculous, but for that person a blueberrie may have a history behind for that person to fear, that's why in the video he is followed by the blueberrie monster, cause he is afraid of blueberries, you cna see it was all in his mind, cause of the traumatic memories of the blueberries. So basically, everyone fears something, for someone that fear may be ridiculous and insignificant but for the other person, that's their biggest fear

Yes! the entire DPR crew is amazing. They have such great music and the mvs are so aesthetically pleasing and top tier quality! I can't wait for Ian's album I have had no blueberries and so beautiful on loop since they both dropped

So there are some overlapping scenes from the So Beautiful mv and CL's +5 Star+ so there are alot of theories around them. Personally, I think it shows how both side of a relationship take a break up. Ian or the guy in the relationship is lost after the relationship and in a very dark place while CL or the girl in the relationship simply recalls the memories of their relationship before it went bad. Please also check out CL's mv so you can also see the similarities.
