The information should be in your manual but to turn off Test Just push the X Test Button to toggle off or on.

Have you looked at all the parameters re flame running feedback.if it has been enabled because there is no feedback circuit it thinks there is no flame and turns off the torch. If it also stops running the shape program that could be another problem. I am not familiar with this problem. Look at the troubleshooting guide.

Naoufel Melayh the THC uses voltage to control hright. You need a signal from your Plasma source you set a target voltage for cutting if voltage actual is high torch moves down if actual is low torch moves up. For flame it uses a capacitance ring I don't know how it works as I don't use flame.

Sorry for late reply The THC is controlled by voltage on Plasma. It has a capacitance ring on Gas (i don't know how this works but it seems to be controlled by proximity)

Yes. if you were cutting it. Because of the cut order the square would have been cut out and fell through. but that particular drawing is only in the library as it is usually only used for testing the machines for correct movement of cutting head.

there are only 4 wires fom the cnc controller. 2 for on of switch using a relay. 1 off + 1 off - for torch height control 50:1 input. you have to work out what wires your machine has.

@@TiffanyMartin50 I guess you are asking about the wiring depending on how your divider board is configured in your controlled. ours can accept 1:1 Voltage or 50:1 voltage depends how it is configured with the jumper etc. you electrician need to check what output Volts your Plasma source THC wires are putting out. say 80 volts or 1.6volts. and configure the devider board to match.

I am not Familiar with artcam but the machine uses gcode. It usually comes with Fastcam software.

@@Graemecns I couldn't install Fastcam, my windows is 10, I'm trying Artcam but I don't know what is the file format or the post processor

@@engmec.joseantonio4181 the gcode is loaded on a USB stick and runs machine. NC. Text. The gcode commands are all explained in the machine manual. Fastscam should work with windows 10 what is the problem.

The only problem I have seen with windows 10 is the USB port will not read the usb key. USB port problem. The cure seems to be use an external USB hub.

There is plenty of videos on RU-vid for star fire also when you get your controller make sure you get a manual. It will go into depth on gcode etc.
