Glad you enjoyed it Kevin! I really like this guitar, there is something about it being very precise... As a matter of fact, I have even ordered a custom Furch. Vintage 2 series OM, with a deep body, spruce top, EIR back and sides, 45mm nut, in sunburst with a pickguard delete. Yeah! :)
That sounds like a sweet guitar Martin... Furch certainly have found their place... looking forward to hearing you play your new guitar! So, how many is that now?
Simply beautiful. I ran across one of your videos just a couple months ago. Since then you have become my favorite guitarist. There are so many great musicians out there but I guess it is your style that resonates with me. Thank you for posting so many nice videos
Easy - the Furch (esp. their vintage series)! All are of course great guitars. I have had an Åstrand but never bonded with it, so to speak. Lakewood I haven´t tried, so there I´d have to go on looks alone, and then Furch wins :) Åstrand is really pricey, you could buy five Furch guitars instead, hehe...
too bad the customer service of furch is rather bad since im not getting a response when asking for advice after a repairsman broke the saddle on my custom furch and i asked 3 times in the last few months already ._. top notch instruments i love my rainbow KK but please get back to your customers when they buy 5000 euros + intruments from you :c
Hello @@dompe9673, we are really sorry to hear that! Please, send us an email at support@furchguitars.com and we will check it out! Promise! Thank you!
Hi, I bought it from a friend and it had the vintage style tuners. It also has a 48mm nut width and was a custom order by yet another previous owner. So, I´m guessing the original owner specified the Gotoh vintage tuners in his order. Agreed, they are much nicer. You could perhaps upgrade? I´m not sure if the holes would line up..?
@@tallstrom Thanks for responding! I am currently looking to upgrade from the stock ones and it looks like the bushings are smaller on the vintage style. I was curious if you had already gone through process. It looks like you can get conversion bushings, so it should not be to bad. Anyway, love the playing man! Keep it up
