My 68 F250 was parked in '79. I put some ATF down the plug holes and diesel fuel down the intake. Let her marinate for 2 weeks and it finally came unstuck. After cleaning out the carb, new plugs and points, she fired right up. You got me hooked on these old Ford truck videos!

Hello, I am a new subscriber to your RU-vid channel and seeing all of your trucks brings back some very fond memories of Ford trucks that I remember as a kid growing up when those trucks were pretty new. I remember my dad buying a brand new 1972 Ford Explorer F-100 that was yellow and white that had the 302 engine with an automatic transmission. Most Ford people remember that the 1972ish trucks had the narrower rear differential than usual. I had a very well respected body repair person tell me that a good number of those trucks got totaled out in accidents due to the more narrow than usual rear differentials. My dad traded in the 72 Ford for a 1974 Ford Ranchero with a 351 Cleveland engine that absolutely loved gasoline. Dad sold the Ranchero to a good friend of his that operated a Texaco filling station and the other partner in the station liked the Ranchero so much that he ordered one that was identical to the one that my dad sold his friend - Yes, A True Story. I have a 1985 F-150 and a 1990 F-150 with both trucks having 300 Inline 6 cylinder engines. The 1985 has the carbureted engine with a New Process 435 4 speed transmission and my 1990 Ford has EFI with a E4OD automatic transmission. I remember the 360 & 390 engines really well in which they were solid engines. Thanks for all of your great videos. Best Regards From Versailles,Ky.

My Friend Had A 66 F 100 I Check it OUT! And got it Running For Him! It Smoke ed And Had Lots of Power! I Believe he Finally Sold it. The inside looked brand New! Had A Hand Chock on The Dash! Great Truck s, you Can't Be them.

My Dad used Marvel Mystery Oil and I use Marvel Mystery oil in my oil and in my gas tank might be why all my Fords and my Mercury are still running so good. I do like to see a Rev. not afraid to get his hands dirty. Great Video

Hey Rev I saw video that worked on stuck engines. What he used was a plate with a old socket welded on it. Which mounted on in place of the crank pulley. Might be something to consider. Might help a bit easier for you guys. God bless.

I had my 466 stick the starter before had to take the exhaust off to take the starter out and pop the starter popped out i put it back in and fired it up open header lol

When I was growing up my mom had a 68 Ford 3 speed on the tree we get out I'd get out of school and Mom would go to the top of the hill should floor before she got to the top of the hill and then we'd see if we close to the store if we can Coast all the way to the store would get candy I love that truck
