Ok, KY; understand that when using a less lethal launcher with lethal rounds the consequences of your actions may result in your being prosecuted for first degree murder. Why? You are knowingly, willfully, negligently and with disregard for human life, shooting a lethal projectile from a launcher meant to be used in a different manner. By altering the launcher and it’s ammunition, you have changed the purpose of the launcher and it’s ammunition for lethal force. By doing this in anticipation of a confrontation, you have both increased the likelihood of your prosecution and reduced the threshold needed to kill someone, which will result in your prosecution. It will not matter to an overzealous prosecutor that you we’re protecting yourself and or your family, property etc. So take this little piece of advice: BE ABSOLUTELY SURE WHICH SIDE OF THE LAW YOU ARE ON BEFORE PULLING THAT TRIGGER. It will not matter to you that you are alive and in prison with a life sentence, that you are innocent. Think I don’t know what I am talking about? Go to the nearest prison and see how many there are really guilty. Having held a position as a paralegal, I can tell you from firsthand experience, many are innocent of the crime for which they were charged. They are still in prison.
