Byrna LE - Upgraded with Mods & Accessories (Links in Description and Comments) 

Did you buy a holster that fits with the light on? I bought the one in the link and doesn’t come close to fitting.

Just keep squeezing the trigger to remove the pressure. It’s not that much pressure after going through a couple magazines, in which the cap wrench is not needed.

If you are savvy at tinkering with stuff, it should be fairly easy. However, there are instructional videos on RU-vid for all the parts that are assembled through the websites that I purchased from and included the links to. In terms to the power difference, I have yet to purchase a speed chronograph to measure speed/joules, but I will post a video on it as soon I purchase a “Radar X Chrono”. Please follow the links in the description/comments to the websites and see their instructional video on the proper installation of the parts.

There is a good possibility that it might eventually damage the unit but the range would suffer due to the heavy weight

I tried those 7g alum on my LE and it broke a seal and CO2 just hissed out. Dont use these on your new LE!

The “Fast Cap” is to replace the stock O2 cap so you won’t need the magazine tool for removal or install.

Without the compensator, the front will look like a double barrel sticking out. The purpose of the compensator is mainly to give the front end of the launcher a clean look. The 12g adapter is required if you want to remove the bulky Byrna “ Boost” attachment and to keep using 12g CO2 cylinders.

Yes, you will have to purchase the 12gram CO2 adapter to be able to attach the compensator on. I add all the links of my Byrna LE mod list in the description and comments.

The longer CO2 adapter allows the use of the 12 gram CO2 cylinders instead of the original factory stock version of using 8 grams CO2. The fast cap is optional and is only by individual preference.

But the LE is a 12g launcher, so if the factory booster is removed, compensator is put on, and a 12g adapter is NOT put on (because I am not comfortable enough to do that), what CO2 size will work, and can it even be done to not have the adapter put on?@@CSG-411

@@Jay_In_Virginia That’s a great question! So the simple answer is that without the “Boost” adapter, you can only use the 8 gram CO2 cylinders.

I removed the Byrna Boost adapter and exchanged it with an aftermarket modification that prevents the picatinny rail from being too low.

so you only did it for the railing system? It doesn't make any changes or improvements to the performance of how the gun shoots right?@@CSG-411

@@user-cc7mm7hd7p that’s correct, my modification allows for a low-profile attachment to fit better into holsters.

They don't come with orange tips. Airsoft and toy guns do. You really can't go by colors anyway. I've seen firearms in crazy colors.

The website sells the extended “Mod” kit for the 7rd magazine (that you have to purchase separately), or you can buy a magazine from them with the extended “Mod” already installed.

@@CSG-411 Oh, alright. Do 7rd mags come with the LE (stock)? It says on their website 5rd mags, but I've seen reviewers talking about their LE 7rd mags...🤔 And if one only buys the extendor kit, is it hard to put on? I'm asking all of this because I'm leaning towards buying one soon, and would love to have it ReadY as soon as I have it. 🙂

@@aonmontoya4757 I originally purchased the SD kit that came with 5rd magazines, and then purchased a LE kit that came with 7rd magazines. I ordered an additional magazine with the extender already installed, but it doesn’t seem difficult to install
