As much as i want to hate on Nick hes lowkey giving Lamar his credit by reminding people that hes been throwing well. As someone who watches Lamar its so exhausting having to listen to the “oh wow Lamar can actually throw the ball” conversation every single year 😂 i hate to pull the race card but it is what it is. I guarantee you next year Lamar will throw 6-0 TDs and all of the sudden all of sports media will be saying “ is Lamar an Elite passer??🤔🤔”
Nick would have a point if the ravens offense didnt suddenly change in the playoffs. Lets look at how they run in those playoff losses. The games theyve lost the ravens dont run 20 times with the running backs combined. They get behind 1 td and all of a sudden think they have to throw 50 times. Thats not who they are nor isnhow theyre team is built. I know it was regular season and different teams but when they beat the chiefs in 21 they ran the ball atleast 20 times with rbs and 16 more with lamar and that was when lamar had half his team gone. They can and will beat the chiefs if they play the way they play
New critic and a half you always hating on Lamar Jackson when he does good I don't understand you you're so when you're high or she don't respect the Ravens
P.S the ravens defense hasn’t always been good that’s cap based of the mystique of the team I’ve seen them trash in the Lamar era and the Joe Flacco era the Steelers dropped 50 on a ed reed ray lewis led Baltimore defense and I believe in 2022 for much of that season they where at the bottom of the league in yards allowed
@@brandoisrael31552021 literally everybody was hurt on defense.. 2022 the first few weeks they was shaky until they got Roquan Smith.. they finished that season I believe 2nd or 3rd on defense
@@brandoisrael3155you don’t have to have the # 1 defense to win the superbowl.. Yu just make plays when it’s time to make them.. they have actually done that this year
You keep forgetting or maybe you don't don't care as long as you can criticize Lamar Jackson in the playoffs Peyton Manning didn't win the super bowl till the 9th year he had two MVPs prior to that
Nick's take amounts to devil's advocacy and true. Any reasonable fan can't argue BUT that's what makes sports so intriguing and fun. Is this the year Lamar waltzes through the playoffs to a ring? God, we all will be tuning it to see if it is!
So since Nick doesn't buy it means we should throw in the towel? I can't wait for him to vomit on that crow pie! Oh I just can't wait! It will be priceless!
People keep saying they forgot their identity but never mention that the chiefs where the 2nd best defense had the best defense front and for all intent and purpose was the BEST defense in the playoffs and the ravens where not only down Running backs but justice hill was playing threw an injury so essentially they had one running back healthy that was Gus and Todd Monken put faith in his MVP over a backup 3 yards and a cloud of dust RB. Lamar situational awareness was bad that game but hes only 27 and got exp. In a AFC championship game And that’s all that matters so yeah this year will be different
The league put KC in place oss so over the years they’ll always have a good team now that they are the team to beat. Same as the pats we got whatever lil piece we needed a trade here a great draft we steal here but free agency and trades will fall outta the sky for kc now bc they league realized that it’s in a better place with a big bad/ a common rival hovering over the league. One team that everyone will hate and ain’t for constantly..
