I’ve been thinking about this a lot while watching his videos but QT has this ability to make you feel like anyone could cook anything. Especially when it comes to seasoning things, the way he just violently tosses all the ingredients in helps me not to take cooking too seriously. Mad Love

Agreed. I work in a bakeshop and we're constantly being "watched." Chef on our ass all the time. Consistency and just part of the industry. But, sometimes I get to the point where the love is almost just taken away at work. QT's vids actually made me realize again that it's about the love of food and hospitality. That's why we keep cooking.

I used be one of those but you can get used to the spice.I started eating sweet chili crispy minis and then one day I asked for a side of jalapenos with my sub and now I almost go through a jar of them a day,I love the burn and it makes everything taste amazing.

Hey Quang!!! When you use your bleach. Yes, use your laundry detergent and fabric softener is optional. The fabric softener used with the bleach and laundry detergent in your whites always smells amazing!!! Enjoy your new beautiful place!!!!
