The line ”punch him in his f’n face” was aimed at Mudd from Proof’s old group 5-Ela. Mudd was with Proof and Horny Mac at CCC Club the night he got killed. Apparently he changed his side of the story a bunch of times of what happened and did an interview for XXL. He later went on radio and talked shit about Eminem how he wasn’t really Proof’s friend and said Em acted like he was the main thing at the funeral. Kuniva from D12 responded to it with ”Gun Shot Pt. 2” where he takes shot at Mudd and Thyme from 5-Ela, he raps ”left your big brother there bleeding, got the nerve to speak, you should be happy you still breathing”.
Alot of people changed their stories, Horny Mac lied at the trial so I don't think it was directed at Mudd, however most of Proofs friends had different circles who didn't interact with each other, yet Proof was the common factor. I hate alot of his close friends and never understood how they were close, however Mudd's story to XXL was the most honest thing published even if not 100% true possibly. He did not leave him bleeding where as Horny Mac did and his story changed like 4 times.
RIP Proof, this has to be Eminem’s best unreleased song, you can really feel the pain, man f the streets, that was his BROTHER, I dunno if you have reacted to it but if you haven’t listen to “Proof and Eminem freestyle”
17 Years Ago Today, the world lost an icon in music, Detroit artists everywhere lost a best friend and a brother. But though he is gone, his years of encouragement and inspiration still pushes millions of Artists today to achieve greatness. Big Proof Will Always be an Inspiration to those who strive to achieve their dreams in Music. He was a Blessing to those who were Lucky to have him in their Presence & In Their Lives. I Myself Was able to Meet Him, & He Was the Nicest Guy. I Danced like Michael Jackson On Stage for Paradime during the "Purple Gang/Paradime" Concert in Ann Arbor Michigan. And After I Was Done Big Proof Gave me Mad Props and a hug for The Job I did. I'll Never forget that Night As Long As I Live. Rest In Peace Deshaun. #BigProof4ever
this was one of the unreleased songs that got leaked cus em wasnt too happy with this song. he made a couple of proof tribute songs but he wasn't satisfied with them so he dedicated his relapse album to proof but again he didnt like the album 😭 so he made the song "you're never over" which is on his recovery albun and its a W
This song was such a a great and meaningful tribute to Proof. Thank you for reacting to it. I know you've reacted to the song Toy Soldiers, but you should react to the making of the Toy Soldiers video. It's really good. That video is still so eerie to me because it shows Proof getting shot and passing away and Eminem reacting to it.
The part where he just says “you were the peacemaker doody I know sometimes you were moody but you hated confrontation and truly hated the feuding” shit hit me so hard
lost my 37 yr old brother few years ago, was my best friend and best older brother.....so this song makes miss him more but he was giant shady fan and feel like this song and "your'e never over' feel like hes next to me. em breaks down grief to perfection
Your never over ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️🌺🌺 also a heart breaking proof tribute its sad fr we only got half of what could have been... Consider Eminem always said proof was the better rapper.
Eminem Love for Proof is Incredible , also Nice fact , When People saw marshall dirty , bad shoes their make it joke about it , after this Proof Gave Eminem White Adidas Em was rapping about it
Believe it or not, but I think the "guy who showed up at the funeral" was actually Royce. Royce had beefed with D12 at one point. He and Proof had made up, but Em and Royce had not. Royce was at the funeral. I think that Em was so messed up on drugs and so emotionaly out of it, that he was angry at Royce for being there. Adding to that, Em felt very betrayed when Royce beefed with D12. Em and Royce made up after Em got sober, and are still very close. There is a video on RU-vid that shows what the beef was about... crazy times!!!
One of proofs kids actually raps, he goes by nasaan and he did a remix of Eminems song Without me and it goes hard , you should definitely check it out!
I've heard one of his songs, I know Em works with him - I think it's cool he's not trying to exploit the fame of Em or his dad, just making his own way. I keep meaning to go check out more of his stuff, I'll have to do that. Did you notice how much he sounds like Proof? Like a liquid, modern version of him.
If you are interested in the whole D12 story you should react to Stepping Stone from the album Kamikaze by Em. Not much but he gives a little piece of what happened between them.
Glad you went thru more of Em's journey and life before doing this reaction. It helps to know the backstory & feeling Em's pain in this track. Proofs 1 son Nassan.. has an album bout to come out with a collab with Em. As always & from day 1, much love & respect and best for 2022. Keep ignoring the haters.. it's 2022, we gotta ignore that noise and keep ish moving positively.. ✌️
This best one so far nothing but good vibes, when I first heard this it made rain drop from my eyes that how warm touched song really is rest easy to proof always be remembered forever much love ❤️ 🙏
Eminem is the Goat 🐐 Real talk about real stuff 💯‼️ Facts!!!!!!! The is so said song 🥺😭😭😭 The is so fire song 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 I like the song 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Rip proof 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 I like the video reaction
This song was a leak by a dude called Koolo back in the day, which could explain the long pauses between the verses where hooks were meant to be. The song wasn't mixed or mastered and was probably never meant to see the light of day. Good luck shit nonetheless.
Eminem - Stepping Stone from the Kamikaze album is the song that officially announced the end of D12 but before they did release the Return of the Dozen mixtape. You should check out the song Fame from D12 it's a song from after Proof's death and it's actually fire tbh. But first please check out Eminem - You're Never Over from Recovery it is an officially released Proof tribute from Em. Difficult was never meant to be released but it was leaked.
this song made me cry the first time 🥺. but anyways, can you react to the story of eminem eminem documentary. just look up eminem documentary and split it into parts. i love watch people get to know eminems life really good.
always enjoy the reactions from you both he always shines he knew what he was doing when he let that beat just play deep ones make you reflect on how you have some thing that you can relate too THE GOAT
I'm not sure who he was talking about, I've always wondered. I assumed the guy was with them when they got in trouble for driving around shooting paint balls at people and ratted them out or something. I know he assaulted someone in 2006 in Detroit which was around this time, so maybe it was the same guy. Always loved this song. It's so stripped back and naked, just telling the story. My heart hurts every time I hear it. Everyone who knew about them back in the day loved Proof, I can't imagine actually being his friend, how much this must have hurt. Not long after Proof died Obie Trice got shot in the head too, thankfully he survived, but I imagine it must have just been one more thing that drove them over the edge. From 2000-2006 or so Eminem, then 50 and G-Unit along with him really ran the world. It's hard to even explain how much power and influence they had.
He’s talking about Mudd from 5-Ela who was with Proof and Horny Mac at CCC Club the night it happened. After Proof’s funeral Mudd and Thyme of 5-Ela went on radio and talked shit about Em. Kuniva responded to Mudd with ”Gun Shot Pt. 2” (”left your brother there bleeding, you should be happy you still breathing”) and Em made the ”punch him in his face” line as a respond.
@@KS-mo6wb the radio clip is on youtube of Mudd and Thyme speaking about the funeral, they say ”we were the only true friends he had” ”they clapped when we went up to speak” and saying Eminem was acting all Hollywood and received a Plaque at the funeral (which was just a framed picture of Em and Proof given to him by Proof’s family).
It's definitely Mudd because of the way he split from D12 the only other person that could be is fuzz scoota because despite what most things say them are the only two people that were ever technically members of D12 that left on bad terms proof was never a part of D12 but if you just use common sense and break it down and really think about which one he'd be that mad at definitely got to be mud
Gotta listen to RING RING by Juice and Clever and then ALL BAD by Clever (they were very close friends in the same label) and All Bad is a tribute to Juice u gotta check it out!
The dude hes talking about what's his name is fuzz. Swifty and kuniva later went into a beef with him. Fuzz was part of 5ela with proof but some shit went down
Thought this was blocked ? But I fucks with y’all, ima Stan but I haven’t heard these songs since middle/high school and you take me down memory road. Keep up the grid my boy 💯💯💯
The person he’s talking about at the end who came to proofs funeral is Royce. They eventually made up after Proof passed and that was when they got back together as Bad Meets Evil
Apparently its someone named Champtown, actually. Someone who tried to hook up with Kim at some point. And Em also referenced him on an early Soul Intent tape back in '95 before he became who he is today.
D12 : Good Die Young 💯 Its a RIP song to " Bugz" the first D12 member to get murdered right before they got famous Proof raps on it & died shortly after they made it so it makes it more sad💯 Eminem aint in the song but he produced the beat its they deepest song as a group💯
Hurts how he couldn't even say casket, lost my bro/best friend last year on new years eve and a month later lost my sis/best friend while she was 7 or 8 months pregnant from an asthma attack. Still aint fully recovered but getting used to not being able to talk to them everyday no more
He also has the EP Electric Koolaid Acid Test and I miss the Hip Hop shop was a mixtape, he has several His second album was going to be Club 27. He also did a full album as Promaric as well as mixtapes under that as well (duo)
I'm a spread my wings and fly away, till the tears come back another day, cuz I'm strong I'll move on, I'll keep marching even though it hurts so bad to look up and realize, that you're still gone I'll live my life, I know you're by my side I'll keep marching.
Do u mean chorus? Ya a remember like 10 years ago when I first found this song on youtube someone remixed it with their own beat and I haven't been able to find it in years, probably got a copyright claim, for years I thought it was the original version til I heard the one you're talking about and this one they just listened to
don't know if you have reacted to these guys but would love to see some reactions to Adam Calhoun ,Ryan Upchruch, Brodnax, Struggle Jennings, Jellyroll and so many more
Been watching your vids for past few days and your dope🔥 love to see you react to some uk rap music, Try (Dave, Two sides of a smile) lyrical rapper but so good
