Once again the 90’s R&B will never disappoint. Keith Sweat definitely a big player in the 90’s. His best song to me is “Make it Last Forever” Yasss talk about vibes!
Agreed, I liked There you go telling me no. The song played right before Keysha’s death scene. in New Jack City.Rock a bye baby! I think it's on the soundtrack, but I don't remember if it was on his album.

He was an early "new jack swing" artist, which fuses several genres together. you can tell how beautiful the sound is. Please consider more Fleetwood Mac...... Dreams, Rhiannon, Landslide, Go your own way.
You want more good R&B.... Tony Toni Tone ~ "Whatever you want", "Thinking of you", "It never rains", "Boys and girls" Babyface ~ "Whip Appeal", "Nobody knows it but me" En Vogue ~ "Giving him something he can feel", "Don't let go" Surface ~ 'Only you can make me happy" After 7 ~ "Can't stop" K-Ci & JoJo ~ "Crazy", "All my life" Lyfe Jennings ~ "Must be nice" Levert ~ "Casanova" Klymaxx ~ "I miss you" Gregory Abbott ~ "Shake you down" Rude Boys ~ "Written all over your face" The System ~ Don't disturb this grove" The Manhattans ~ "Shining star" The Delee ~ "Two occasions"
His first album is a classic. 🔥🔥🔥 with no skips. He’s behind a number of great R&B groups like the ladies singing background (Kut Klose) and Silk. Kut Klose’s “I Like” is a great song to review.
Yasssss you discovered Keith Sweat. He has so many good songs. His album Make Last Forever was on repeat in my youth! The Keith Sweat whine is epic. What Keith lacks in vocal range, he more than makes up with his hit making ability. In other words, he will never be confused with Luther Vandross or Johnny Gill but he has as many hits and his impact on R&B was huge. FYI, the young ladies singing with him are a group by the name of Kut Klose. Check out their song, "I Like".
I'm 21 years old and was born in 2000 I love 90s r&b music so much I swear they need to bring this type of feeling back for us young people and the old too for the love.
Listen to the radio version. Then react it and then "Nobody" When I saw him in concert in Knoxville TN he came up in the middle of the stage that was apparently on some lift system. He came up sitting behind a white piano in that same white suit.....at the end of his performance he invited a gal up on the stage n walked her over to the piano sat down started playing it as the stage where they were slowly went out of view. It was awesome

I'm 32 years old and I just love seeing some Gen Z'ers delving into older music. They listen to it all... I love that. My son is about to be born in October and you best believe, he is going to know good music 😎

Wow What A FlashBack I was 12 yrs old In 1996 I remember Listening to Keith Sweat on the radio on my Walkman With My Headphones Not AirPods, Trip Down to Memory Lane, I still own CD's N Cassettes... ♥️♥️♥️90's Is Still The Best Music.💃🎶💃🎶💃🎶💃🎶
This is one of my favorites by Keith Sweat. I need to watch the video again though because I vaguely remember all that going on in the background. He has several classic R&B jams. The girls singing background in the video was one of the groups he put on: Kut Klose. One of the ladies, Athena Cage, is on another classic Keith Sweat jam entitled "Nobody." I hope you do that one next. Another song with the group is "Get Up On It." Another classic.
Your have enough info on Keith Sweat. The ladies singing in the background was a group produced and managed by Keith Sweat. They were known as KUT KLOSE. Look up their video/song titled GET UP ON IT. Enjoy the harmonizing.
More Keith sweat:"Nobody" : " Make it last forever ": Keith sweat is the true king of R&B go down the keisweat rabbit hole, FYI he sang at the wedding scene in the "New Jackson city movie.
Keith Sweat was a wall street broker before he started his music career. He's one of my favorite whining songsters. My favorite is I want her, he whined the hell out that one lol
