These guys were 1980’s Rap ICONS that literally PAVED THE ROAD for big-time rappers Nationally AND Internationally to find their way into the business and make careers out of their bars. Beats, lyrics, and fashion statements..... RUN DMC lead the way for it all for a long time.

If this is your first Run DMC song, you must must MUST do "Walk This Way" with Steven Tyler of Aerosmith. That song, and that video, effectively bridged the gap between rap and rock music when rap was struggling to find a foothold in mainstream America. (BTW, the two guys in this video are Vegas showmen Penn & Teller.)
