Never realised this song had a video filmed in the seaside town whitby on the yorkshire coast (in england) i went there last year to that ruined building (whitby abbey) and the church graveyard hes walking through

Yes, love it, great reaction, love the different genres, from 2pac to DMX to Simply Red!! Simply Red is my mum's favourite band, she used to always play their CD's in the house, they have some other good songs for you to check out. If you want something completely different, try Pete and Bas, Sindhu Sesh or Gangster Sh** are good, it's not deep or anything but think it will put a smile on your face!! Keep up the good work.

Don't ever say anxiety is all in your mind. You don't understand that your mind has anxiety. That has to be helped. Not thrown away. You're basically telling people to act like it doesn't exist. That's crazy. It has to be dealt with, not ignored. Ignoring it doesn't make it go away. I should know.

So the way I look at the part about nothing ever being good is circumstances. Most of your life is out of your control. People you love dying, suffering from illnesses and addiction, the state of the world, those aren’t things that you can change with your mindset. I know I’m a pessimist. But there is such a thing as toxic positivity. And that toxic positivity inadvertently blames people for circumstances beyond their control. The worst things to say to someone who is going through very difficult times are “it will get better” or “you have to change your outlook”. It’s very dismissive of what people are going through. I know this song was about the death of his mother. That’s certainly not something he could’ve changed by having a positive outlook on life.
