I was so sad to hear that Taylor Dayne was hospitalized for colon cancer. I wish I could send her a card and let her know that continuous prayers are sent her way. She said she needs therapy now. I read her book that she wrote, ok.❤❤❤❤❤❤

My late father loved this song and I would watch him stop whatever he was doing just to listen to the song whenever it came up on his playlist. My dad always had an eclectic taste in music so I was not so surprised that he liked this but the strength of his reaction floored me. I miss you, Dad. I hope they play Taylor Dayne in heaven, just for you.

Taylor Dayne is truly super underrated vocally she is on the same level as Whitney Houston & Mariah Carey (Soul Dancing from 1993) fantastic R&B album she has a Greatest Hit compilation it’s very good for smooth Classic R&B Lisa Stansfield is another R&B female singer from this same time period that gets so overlooked 👍👍👍❤️👍😢😢

Such a great song. I was in my 20s. I was an assistant manager at pizza hut. After we closed we always listened to this and tell it to my heart. We had fun and made the employees get a burst of energy. Things would always get done faster and everyone was in a better mood

My sister order her cd for my birthday. I love Taylor Dayne so much. I have her book , too. Most singers today cannot sing like her and she does not need anything to make her sound good and to be half nake when she sings.

Back in the day ... when I was just a youngster bartending in the club.... She never got the recognition she deserved. She had an amazing voice. And still does. We went to see here a few weeks ago and still sounds the same. Terrified concert. Very sweet person too. We met her afterwards and she could not have been nicer. We are looking to see her at a jazz festival in GA next fall along with Earth Wind and Fire.

Damn Asia, this had me missin my moms too!! In the early 90s, a friend took me to a local gay dance club to "see Taylor Dayne." I was convinced it was just another "drag" show I was being dragged to. My jaw hit the floor when the real Taylor Dayne hit the stage! She was amazing!

Taylor Dayne has one of the most beautiful and distinctive voices. She also has a unique way of pronouncing certain words when she sings and that just adds so much more to her tone and delivery. I have been a fan of hers since the 80's! Such a shame that she did not get as big as some of the other singers out there.
