They recorded and filmed it in 1966. The place is the "Chiswick House" in London, built around 300 years ago and a meeting place for many personalities over the centuries. "Paperback writer", another No.1 in many countries, was also part of the last, chaotic and hysterical live tours of the Beatles in 1966.
I'm glad that you're exposing yourself to the music of my childhood (and probably your grandparents' too). It's almost impossible to communicate the impact of The Beatles.
