The Cure has a huge discography and no matter the song you pick, it's all good 🙂

This song is his wedding gift to his wife back in 1988 (his former gf of high school who he is still married to now). Then the song was released on Disintegration in 1989

He and his wife met at 14. Still married at 65. This song is about her.

The Cure are one of my favourite bands. I totally get your reaction to this - it's a beautiful song. Robert is a genius (a word bandied around far too much now but totally justifiable here). ❤
