Basketball Summer Leagues are a lot in the Philippines. On opening day, they parade around town drumming up interest. They have musical bands and pretty muses. The parade ends in the basketball court for opening ceremonies before games begin.

It seems that the fire lasted long. It was already dark and it wasn't put out yet though there were many fire trucks within the vicinity. I hope nobody got hurt. That was a nice place you visited. Philippines really has lots of natural attractions.
