Street food is often associated with being oily, greasy, buttery, and unfortunately, unhealthy. However, this particular street food vendor seems to have put in a lot of efforts to ensure that their food is prepared hygienically. It's refreshing to see someone take pride in their work and create their own cooking equipment. I wish them all the best and I am confident that they will succeed.
