the instrumentals sometimes say otherwise but if you take into account the themes, almost ALL her other albums are like this too 😭 - Honeymoon Avenue (cautiously going "oh my god my relationship is growing distant and falling apart, can we PLEASE go back in time? i miss you") then into Baby I (emphatically and recklessly saying "i'm literally obsessed with you who cares about anything, you got me crazy") - Moonlight (dainty classic romance, "we don't need to do more other than sit here together in love") into Dangerous Woman ("f*ck being cautious and romantic, i wanna be FREAKY") thank u next is the ONLY one that she doesn't give us whiplash with LMAO

To me this album is reflecting what she was going through her life then, she lost her grandpa, broke up, was growing up as a person and as an artist, and those were her first years as a pop star tho, must've been pretty tough, she was having fun but then life hitted her...

"One Last Time'' has now a whole different meaning because after the Manchester attack she made a beneficial concert called One Love Manchester and when she was singning the song it was matching in somehow what happend during the attack. And now, the song is more saddner that it was 😭
One Last Time is very special for us Arianators cause after the terrorist attack at her concert in Manchester, we made it number one and the lyrics of it kinda now resemble what fans heard for the last time before they passed away

OMG I LOVEE. also could u consider reacting to mariah carey. She's one of ariana's biggest inspiration and she's a lyrical & vocal masterclass. Her songs has alot of deep meaning and some are even autobiographical completely. But her song meanings aren't apparent right away cause many of her 90s hits were explained to be about her personal life only when she stated it on her memoir along with her personal life story which noone new about.
id say my everything is the album with the most iconic songs on it, if someone says "name an Ariana Grande song" they are likely to name one from this album. its so beautiful, one of my fav's. PS: petition for Ariana to sing 'be my baby' on the eternal sunshine world tour.
