One other thing if you haven’t heard C.M.F.T. By Corey Taylor (slipknot) ft Tech N9ne ...Tech’s flow is pretty sick on that. Also if you want some slick political verses on what’s been going on. If metal is on the table, might I recommend Sabaton? All their song deal with historical events or people, mostly ww1, ww2 and a few between. Attack if the Dead Men- about the third siege of a Russian keep by Germans in ww1 Night Witches- the Russian all women night bomber division from ww2 And more! They also have a history channel that explains the background to their songs, so if you want to learn about the people/events you can!

I think something black men or women an don't consider is that white poor people feel as if they have had it bad as well. And if you took them out of the bad place they are in you are right to assume there life might be better. But they are poor, powerless and feel the same boot on their neck. Angry white songs are nearly always aimed at other white people. As a white Canadian who grew up on hip hop, fresh Prince and Jamacian food I have to say. No angry white song I listen to is ever directed at black people. It's at rich whites.

I believe their songs are very formulaic. Their popularity seems to be somewhat tied to Dave's congenial attitude and history with Nirvana. They were never a game changing band. They are a dying breed of rock musicians who are able to get their new songs on the radio. It looks like the world may be moving on from rock just like it did with classical and jazz. They are all still around, but have lost popularity for myriad reasons. Sticking to the most popular songs gives you more likes and subscribers. Understanding why is easy. Not liking it that way gives us a chance to do something else.
