The disses in the second half of the track mean lot of people forget how f***n good that first half is. Nas floated over that beat. Casually dropping some amazing storytelling and MC skills before going at Jay

"Shoot through Memphis with Money Bags". The money bags he was referring to was E Money Bags, an old school shooter. He was certified in the streets - actually was one of the few ppl that was not afraid of Supreme McGriff. Also he had real life beef with Jay that allegedly had Hov worried. So that's why Nas name dropped him.

The beat was from Eric B and Rakim Paid in Full (extended). He got tired of them mentioning his name so after spending his mom’s last days/months with her. This was the warm up when he resurfaced.
