My brother is being buried in the cemetery at Miramar in San Diego where Top Gun was set and filmed, he was retired Navy and served on the Independence and the Midway. He ran the airplane hanger, the planes didn’t fly until he cleared them. He was friends with real Top Guns.

Kenny was the King of the soundtrack songs in The 80’s. He understood the era he was in and just made banger after banger and they still stand up today because he is an amazing musician and songwriter. He definitely brings back the 80’s nostalgia feels

Kenny is one of my favorite male vocalists. He has an amazing voice and CONTROL. I think he inspired a lot of later female artists with all his vocal runs too (which is more prominent on his other songs) He’s great!!! 👌🏼👌🏼

Love, love, love Kenny Loggins! Brings me back to being a kid in the 80s. Watched Goonies, as u mentioned Back to the Future, Footloose, Dirty Dancing, Ghost Busters, etc. I could keep going but you get the idea 😅

I know Rocky 1 & 2 are from the 70’s but Rocky 3&4 are pure 80’s gems, Goonies, Back to the Future, Terminator, Aliens, Beastmaster, Top Gun, Predator, not to mention the John Hugh’s Era So many more definitely one of the best times in cenima
