I had never heard of Luke Combs nor was I really into country, but a co worker of mine used to listen to Luke Combs all the time in the office and I found myself absolutely infatuated. The words in his songs are so good, so perfect and relateable. I listen to them all the time now and I love it. When it rains it pours, forever after all, Love you anyway, and She got the best of me are my favourite highlights from him
Ooogirl,I'm loving your channel and think I might be falling in love with you, you're facial expressions are a huge turn- on to me,see you on the next one!
Country, real authentic non-Luke Bryan pop country, is amazing.. it’s the southern version of punk rock and emo music to be compelled honest lol the real story telling cowboy artists are tough as f’n nails but also will talk about how they feel, rip the government a new one, I think if people from other genres have the guys and girls like this a shot.. they’d love it🤷🏼♂️ I’m a metal head, pop punk, emo, even listen to some hip-hop.. but true country stars are some of the best story tellers in the game
luke has a big catalog of songs you would like: beautiful crazy, better together, forever after all, doing this, the kind of love we make, veer never broke my heart, hurricane
I still use this as my theme from my ex! Amazing lyrics- welcome to Country!! Enjoy the ride it’s a beautiful adventure! Try “Beer never broke my heart” by him.
I love this song so much. It's showing men can be successful after a break up. Love that you are vibin with this song it makes me so happy to see people listen to music they normally do not listen to and end up liking it
When he talks about the Hooters waitress, he's talking about his real wife. That's her that makes the heart with him when he mentions she wrote her number with a heart
For a real country shocker that catch people off gaurd check out Charlie Daniels THE DEVIL WENT DOWN TO GEORGIA and the follow up 20 years later THE DEVIL GOES BACK TO GEORGIA with guests including the great Johnny Cash Marty Stuart and Mark O'Connor

If u like rnb and rap check out xg and babymonster and blackpink they are 3 girl groups but the are absolutely incredible they put American artists to shame sadly lol😅
Maybe try People are Crazy by Billy Currington or Drunk on a Plane by Dierks Bentley if you liked this Leah and you are getting into your Country. Look forward to seeing reaction videos!
I absolutely LOVE Luke, one of my all time favorite country artists. I've seen videos of him live at concerts, anytime this song comes on, fans just go nuts. He always lets the crowd do one of the choruses, usually the last one, the one right after he sings, "And it all started on the day that she walked out."
Luke is from my home state of North Carolina. We've known of him for some time and now enjoy watching his success and how well he represents us here at home.
Luke Combs, Brett Young, Blake Shelton, Dylan Scott, Jimmy Allen, Kane Brown, Scotty McCreery are some of the greatest in my opinion. Woman country artists would be Carrie Underwood, Shania Twain, Dolly Parton, Lauren Alaina, Gabby Barrett, Chevel Shepherd. You have a lot to dive into. One song you could do and that is Artists of then now and forever and it has a bunch of country artists in it and you can get a feel for how they all sound separately and together at the same time. Luke is one of the greatest of all times though.
@@BurritoLuvrYou must like these terrible new "country" artists because if you think Blake Shelton's are cringe worthy You just don't like country music
@@ki11atj49 no I don’t, I like people like kris kristofferson, Merle, guy Clark, Townes van zandt, George jones Gary Stewart, joe diffie, Waylon, willie, Kenny rogers, Travis Tritt, Diamond rio, Charlie Robison, Robert earl keen, Lyle Lovett and such. So sorry you’re pretty outclassed
@@BurritoLuvr You do not class anybody out of all of the country they listed Blake Shelton was the least cringe-worthy and you called him out over Kane Brown and all of these other pop and rap country singers
Please react to more by him, here's a few of my favorites, "Hurricane", "Even Though I'm Leavin'" get tissues for that one, "Forever After All", "1, 2, 2 Many", "Houston, We Got A Problem", "Doin' This", "The Kind Of Love We Make", "Beautiful Crazy". Subscribing to you too!
There is country that reminds me more of southern rock/country than just country. Kenny Chesney is one, Jason Aldean another. Love Chesney, Aldean has country lyrics but a rock band behind him. Luke Combs, you can add to the list of country I like. Glad you liked this!
Loved watching you bobbin your head up and down! New sub here cuz I'm gonna turn you "Country" ❤ Leah, what you just heard is how today's country music sounds!!!! Can't wait till you do Chris Stapleton LIVE PERFORMANCES ONLY. And Hardy "WAIT IN THE TRUCK" OFFICIAL MUSIC VIDEO ❤ YOU AIN'T SEEN NOTHING YET GIRL😅
As great of a song as this is, as great of a switch up from it being a name like “oh great.. it’s another sad song” but this video is amazing.. it’s showing everything like it’s this great extravagant tone throughout the song, then the last chorus puts in perspective “none of that is just over the top stuff? He’s just actually happy?” With the boat going from a yacht to shrimp boat, he just won 100 bucks? Lol the video makes you think the chorus is like he’s winning the lotto and all this and he’s just having good luck and a good time and that’s how he sees it through his eyes. Luke’s my favorite modern concert singer!
You got to check out ( Jason Aldean : Try That In A Small Town & Dirt Road Anthem ). Yes He is a Country singer and ( Morgan Wallen : Thinkin Bout Me & The Way I Talk ). And yes he is also a Country singer 😁 !!!
A couple additional ones other than below Lovin On You, Love you Anyway, and Fast Car. There are so many great ones. Try Toby Keith's Trailerhood, Red Solo Cup. and As Good As I Once Was. There are so many great country songs: Some funny, some sad and a lot with messages.
Country remains True Musicians, Songwriters and Vocalist. Coming from Rap, you must go on a journey! You will fall in love A Lot! The morals, respect and passion will pull you right in.
Luke is from a tow in Western NC close to my hometown, this video was filmed in my adopted hometown of Charleston, SC, and it came out as I was going through divorce. It made him my favorite artist!
I wasn't a country fan until one day I just happened to have country FM on in the car , this song was playing and it instantly made me happy!! I literally pulled the car over and waited for the song to play until the end just to listen to the singers name, from that day on I've been a huge Luke combs fan. He has many great songs 😊
@@LeahReuben Of course. There's a lot of songs that looked amazing in your catalog and I look forward to watching your reactions to them. Super glad to have found your channel.
Basing it off a country reaction I'd say just stick with Luke if you liked it. 1 2 Many is upbeat. Everything I've Loved by Morgan Wallen is also upbeat and amazing. They're both super popular in today's country scene and have the most uplifting of songs, and also depressing songs. Can't go wrong with either. Any other genre, it depends what you're interested in. I do listen to everything, which is why I love your different reactions. But realistically, keep doing you and I'm sure I'll love it and also be exposed to beautiful music I haven't heard yet. Edit: Regardless of genre, Nightwish with Floor, regardless of song, is always a masterpiece.
Welcome to the country nation Darlin'. Country has something for everyone. Mostly because it relates to real life situations, so it's easy to relate. Check out the tons of songs in country. Again, welcome to the country nation Darlin".
