Wonderful artist! Unfortunately US radio stopped playing Sara around the time Carrie Underwood came out. She was a casualty of being an older female artist.
Their are so many women in country music that are really talented and Sara evens is one of them. The thing about most country music songs is that the learics in the songs tell storys.

I didn't listen to country very much when I was younger, so I hadn't heard this song before. But it definitely has a good message. And it isn't as heavy as the country song I watch a reaction to just before. It's called "Wait In The Truck" by Hardy featuring Lainey Wilson.

She's a great artist. I would also recommend checking out Deana Carter's song We Danced Anyway. It is a great song too and has a vibe that's very similar to this song.
