The video contains a few references to previous songs and videos by Alestorm (and Chris Bowes), such the place names on the map and the hip move the skeleton does on when sitting on the canon. If you want to continue with Alestorm "Mexico" and "F*cked With an Anchor" are two good choises.

Love me some pirate metal. Alestorm is so much fun and I am with you, I have to dance everytime I listen. Definitely recommend Drink and Fannybaws. Drink is fun to see live with their crowd interaction and their big rubber duck mascot!

ALestorm is the band i've seen the most, live, and not necessarly because i was going to see them, but a few years ago, it just seemed to be that they were on...every...single...f***ing tour happening in the Melo/death scene. Well, they never, ever, missed the target. They're amazing live, the crowd is amazing, it's just one hell of a great time. the fourth time i saw them a guy from the audience had brought a bottle of Private Stock Capt'n Morgans rhum and gave it to the singer. By the end of their part of the show the bottle was almost empty. We had a blast with them after in the street just behind the place they were playing that night, really cool guys.

Oh man this song is a whole vibe. I have to agree with Erik Isaksen (see comment below) Swashbuckle is a badass song. Speaking of badass songs I noticed an egregious error. Did u ever react to Electric Callboy MC THUNDER II (dancing like a ninja)??? If you haven't you NEED to do that song especially with the show coming up in a couple months. I generally never beg but right now I'm BEGGING you Aileen please please do MC THUNDER II

It's highly reminds "Sober" clip by Nanowar of Steel. Also animated, seachart style, skeleton captain, eye-patched duck, skull island, Seven Seas reference, and even blast in final... Definetely "Sober" is a parody to Alestorm (eye-patched duck present in other Alestorm clips as well - Shit Boat for example).

Alestorm is a kind of fun/party band wich i really like, but if you want to listen to a band wich is well known for pirate metal in a more "serious way", you should try Running Wild. But be careful! You may open a rabbit hole you never be able to close again!!! I recommend songs like ...Riding the storm, Phantom of black hand hill, Masquerade, Soulless, Return of the dragon, Little big horn, Battle of Waterloo... The list is endless,believe me!!!😅😅😅

Alestorm is my favorite pirate Metal band. Fucked With An Anchor, Drink and Keelhauled should be next. Keelhauled is the first song I ever heard of them and been a fan of them ever since. I love to lay back dance and drink some rum with you. Great reaction as always 🤘🤘

I see Alestorm there with Nanowar. They're incredibly fun, they don't take themselves too seriously but they do take their works seriously. Right out of my mind I'd suggest "Alestorm" (yes it's the name of the song!!) , "Drink" and "Pirate metal drinking crew" :)

Oh man, I havent even seen this yet and Im chompin at the bit. Ok ok … Now that youve done them… and its a rabbit hole I think youll dig :)….check out the band Swashbuckle. Along the lines of this (Pirate Metal) but way heavier and more distorted. Maybe Grog Box or Cruise Ship Terror. :)

I am going to see Alestorm in May when they are on tour in the US. They will be touring with 2 other bands and they are GloryHammer and Lutharo. It is going to be be an epic concert. My 2 favorite songs right now are kealhauled and Drink by Alestorm.

You should check out the vids of the "rowing pits" that happen at their shows ... f'n FANTASTIC. First time I saw them was with a weirdo Navy dude I worked with who introduced me to them. He had more fun at that show than I've ever seen another human have LOL ... good times

While I prefer Nekrogoblikon for my meme-based metal, Alestorm's Curse of the Crystal Coconut is one of my favorite albums from the past couple years. Don't care for this song though I'm glad people seem to like it.
