One of the enduring debates that has yet to be defined is which decade of music reigns supreme: 80's or 90's? Our goal is to settle that debate through our reaction video channel while also delving into the music (and videos) spanning across all decades from the 1950’s through today. Our channel is all about enjoying the experience, with no second takes or edits.
From the outset, our aim was to craft something distinct and refreshingly unique. We didn't want to limit ourselves to mere reactions to music; instead, we aspire to share stories, life experiences, and extend an invitation to our family, friends, and fans to be a part of this experience.
Presently, we're publishing multiple videos each week and have recently added movie trailer reactions as well. As our channel and subscriber base continue to elevate, we aspire to produce content even more frequently.
From our family to you, thank you for your support.
Greg & Michelle

The singer, Justin Hayward, is now 77 and still touring and the bassist, John Lodge, is also on tour with his own band. The flautist, Ray Thomas and drummer, Graeme Edge, have both passed away.

I grew up listening to this group & they are one of my favorites from the 60's-80's. They have had so many hit songs. Love their mix of rock with classical music. They have a sound like no other band. "Nights In White Satin" is their most famous song but they have so many other great songs such as "Go Now", "Tuesday Afternoon", "The Story In Your Eyes", "Question", "Ride My See-Saw", "I'm Just a Singer (In a Rock and Roll Band)", "Gemini Dream", "The Voice", "Your Wildest Dreams". But all of their music is great. Many of their records are concept albums & meant to be listened to all at once.

They do have a very unique sound! I did not know their albums are concept albums, that is interesting...I will have to give it a listen! Thank you for watching and for your comment!

the mighty Moody Blues. best live version but original has the spoken word in it. 16 studio albums with the first 7 being all considered concept albums

This is amusing to me because my 3 sons are all "Gen X" and they know about them. NO, it was NOT the end of some dramatic movie. This is how it was on the album it is from "Days of Future Passed" and it was how it was always was. It's an amazing album which came out in Nov. of 1967. I was in my Junior year at Kent State University at the time. The members of the Moody Blues that you see here that have died, are RAY THOMAS (who played the flute, and sang) died on Jan.4, 2018 a few days after his 76th birthday. Graeme Edge their drummer, passed away on Nov. 11, 2021 from cancer, at the age of 80. This concert in the video is from 2000.

The orchestral movement at the end is also on the album version, only thing missing from the live performance is a spoken poem.

Justin Haywood wrote the song when he was around 19 years old. Amazing. I had every single album.

I just love to see and hear younger generations discovering my favorite band, the Moody Blues. There is so much meaning in each one of their songs; that meaning may be different for everyone who discovers this timeless music.

Thank you for this. The first time I heard this song back in 1967, I was blown away. It was the first single I ever bought. (Or possibly the second. I think Procul Harum's 'Whiter shade of Pale' might have come first.) I immediately found a Saturday job so I could save up for the LP. I still have most of their albums, but now on CD. The only thing wrong with this performance as far as I'm concerned is that we don't hear the spoken poem that should accompany the song...

This song, as you hear it here, was recorded just as you hear it, in their first Album, back in 1968. They were ahead of their time.

Orchestras work with rock for some reason, you've this song, Whiter Shade of Pale by Procol Harum, Kashmir by Zeppelin, and I'm sure there are others.

Hi guys, i actualy saw these giys perform, cant remember exact year was around 2003, it was in bournemouth UK, they played at the bournemouth international center, we had the contract, to dry clean anyone that was playing, different bands and all that, we would pick there show clothes up on a morning after the show, dry clean, press and get them back to the center for their nights performance, anyway, we were given tickets, from their staff to go and watch, great night i will never forget what was funny, there was a sort of hiwaii type shirt, could never figure that out, till we saw the drummer lol on a second note, we also used to dry clean for many of the stars, that lived down in sandbanks, i wont name them, would not be right, but they were top football players and football managers, some singers,
