Good stuff man, I am currently training with my Captains of Crush grippers and am currently working on doing reps with my CoC #2 gripper rated at 195Ibs. Seriously, good strength you got there. I subbed btw 😁
Holy shit coc#2??? That is no joke!!! I really wanna try a coc gripper but they are too expensive so i got the HG one half the price from a nearby store!!
@@movementexpert4943 if you are looking to do some serious grip training I would say start at the CoC trainer and if that is too easy to close I would say order the CoC #1. I love training my grip. How is your training going? Also, do you have Reddit?
@@Firespheres ill stick to heavy grip grippers next buy is the 200lb one!! ( Just cause they are 10€ cheaper) and have good quality!! Thanks though!! I don't have a Reddit!! I will upload my next training with grippers in the next days check it out😉💪
Ayo! Looking strong man look at that forearm! Haha Alright first thing I notice is your technique is really close to being good but the spot that it’s resting in your hand is way too far back. If you keep your fingers straight and bend them a little you’ll see a deep crease form. That’s the spot you want the handle lining up with! Also I make the bottom of the handle line up with the middle of my pinkey so all of my fingers are as low on the other handle as possible when I go to close. With grippers that are easy for you the technique you’re using works fine but with the little change you’ll jump wayyyyy up in strength. If this isn’t the easiest to understand I can make a short vid showing it better haha good work though for real!
Thank you so much for the info my dude !!! So helpful and thanks for checking!! For sureee if you want upload a video explaining it further it would help me but also others too!! Much greetings from the wonderful Greece!!
nice lol it took me 2 months to progress to 150lb from barely closing 70 lb to closing 150 lb I can clack it 10 times and hold it for 30 seconds at the 11th rep it can also close 200 lb 4 times
Hello brother! this is my first week of owning grippers! today ill upload my first video on the hg200! start with the heavy grip HG100LBS and then move up from there! You will love grip training once you see results trust me!! I just love to challenge myself!! Keep up and check my next video
