Συγχαρητήρια Βασίλη .Εγώ σήμερα μετά από 10 ( 6 μέρες εξάσκηση + 4 ξεκούραση ) ξεκινώντας οριακά από τις 150 έκανα δύο κλεισίματα στις 200 λιμπρες . Δεδομένου ότι το ρεκόρ είναι στις 325 λιμπρες θα έλεγα ότι ο στόχος μου είναι οι 250 .( Μετά ίσως παίζει και κίνδυνος τραυματισμού 🤔
I've been doing 200lb for 5 on each hand for 2 sets just started about 4 days ago already noticing massive results I want to try 250 cause I think I can get it already
Insane my guy! got a set from logest brand with 6 grippers from 100 lb up to 350 lb, i was able to do 150 lb 14 times, is that about the same as where you started?
nice lol it took me 2 months to progress to 150lb from barely closing 70 lb to closing 150 lb I can clack it 10 times and hold it for 30 seconds at the 11th rep it can also close 200 lb 4 times
@@saieshwar4610 you need a gripper to challenge you in order to see strength results!! Thats why you buy a gripper you can easily close (15-20 reps) for warmup ,Your main gripper (4-7 reps) and your goal gripper which you cant close at the beginning!!
I don't use any supplements at all! If you train smart and keep up with it you will see results in no timee especially if you are a begginner!! Just stick to it!!
If by " pull the click" you mean how do i set the gripper in my hand ..there are so many instructional videos on how to set your gripper the correct way!! Just search" how to set a gripper " it will help you a lot!!
Its a small piece of wood actually!! Before i start the close/ rep i place it between the handles to make sure i dont "cheat" and all my reps are clean!
Eyyyy brother, amazing workout, for sure. I'm a n00b with grip stuff, like I did a bit years ago, and am getting back into it now, using the V2 from David Horne, and some other implements. I've never used a Heavy Grips gripper before, but they look awesome, bro, big props to you for closing the 250. This video was great, copyright strikes be damned. 😂👌

Usually mix this in with my dumbells with fat grip and fat grip pro extremes the muscles and grip even more. Doing close to 30lbs on heavy days with wrist rolling. Goal is to get to 45-60lbs up without any bar assist
I totally agree with you!! They where just cheaper and i could get them from a nearby store!! I can of course give my grip a good workout but their quality may be not like the COC ones...! Maybe in the future if i can afford one.. iam gonna buy a coc 2 or 2.5 and give it a first try
@@movementexpert4943 Cocs are great. Heavy grips are still a great tool and a formidable gripper. The 2.5 is a good bit harder than the hg 250. They are coming in at around 130rgc vs around 115-120lb for the 250. The 250 is a stout gripper and you would likely close the 2.5 sooner than later. Keep up the ccs work. You for sure can close the 2.5 with a deep set. Wide range is king!

@@Firespheres Nice xxfire brother! I can close the 2.5 sometimes with right. So I'm getting there. We have to work on getting the fingers stronger I feel to go beyond the 3.0 and 3.5. I'm using the Camry 101 digital gripper for hand and individual finger strength building. Also the prohands 9lbs and 13 lb pro hands. I will post video soon. I figure once we can do 8-15 +reps with the coc 2.0 we are ready to work with 2.5 and 3.0. Doing mostly negative holds with 2.5 and 3.0..Now And working grippers are T, Coc 0.5, 1.5 and 2.0. And yep working on getting my left stronger as well xx. Did you put up any videos my friend of your strength and gripper breakthroughs yet?💪💪
@@Firespheres And yep coc 2.0 max is 195-200 plus lbs. So many a strong man and athlete can't close these my brother. We are crushing it!! Higher your hand on the gripper to close, the more max force by the way. I wonder if anyone can close the 3.5-4 without using their extra hand for assistance?? I hope we can build to that in time.
I have been looking into these, I must say they do look awesome. right now I have the CoC trainer, the #1, #2. They have a deal going on right now at HeavyGrips to get all 6 strengths for $60. Thinking about getting them.
Heres another cool grip goal for us guys. 100lbs or more on the Iron mind blockbuster pinch block grip. Going to order this pinch block attachment thing. Shoot its 80 plus bucks or so..And train my hand and grip strength with it. I know i can pinch grip and lift high my 45 db with the fatgrips on it( so thats nearly 50 lbs). 💪💪😎. Hey movement and xxfire!! As you know I closed the 2 5 with 1-2 reps with right and once with left. I still cant do it easily yet. So. My new goal is to be able.to.close the 2.5 with more training for reps.more easily with both hands. I'm Also doing wrist roll working up to 4 50lbs ( no lift assist bar..old school) exercises for core , shoulder and grip.and hand strength and one hand deadlifts and pinch grips. I can now hold up high guys( just below chest level and I'm 6ft 1, lol nearly 6ft 3 with boots on lol. So thats holding elite weight with grip pretty high) 73-74lbs in each hand for 15-24 secs. So very excited. I'm now Waiting on my ironmind pinch block attachment. I was telling our strength brothers.Octaviu and Rick in these pages im using that weight I jusr held up in my revolving profile pics lol. This guy Harri should be our motivation guys!! I am currently reping the #2 for 4-5 reps with my right hand, not fully closing each time but I can close it 2 times with my right and still have yet to get my left hand to close it fully. I am still crushing it with the #1. Doing negatives with the #1 for 30 seconds each hand.

Did you see the links I posted my brother on the current and former world record holders? Think my ironmind pinch block grip attachment comes next week. Crazy how grip, finger and arm and core strength can keep growing to insane levels. I saw Brian Shaw 3 time world strongest man struggling and couldnt lift once.he got to the 90 lb attempt on the hub pinch lift for example. This a man who weighs over 400 lbs and can hoist up a 280 lb dumbbell with one hand(first lifts on shoulders then up high of course) No wonder even power lifters and most NFL players cant usually close even the 1.5, 2.0 or 2.5 my friend.💪 Grip and hand and core inner strength is something elite indeed. Shows many levels and variants to strength. Also explains why arm wrestlers or shaolin monks can snap a world strongest mans arm if they arent careful with them. Seems many cant access their roid and Ped power without specifically building the type of strength and fingers, grip etc training that we are doing. Hah hah nice.
@@shel0016 Hell yea man. I've seen world class bodybuilders like Ronnie Coleman not able to close the #2, it's like really? For how strong these dudes are and they do not have life saving levels of grip. Sometimes I think they have all that muscle for show.
Good close man that's great progress. How is your grip training going? I am a little behind atm, am now getting my grip training back on track. Currently doing 2 sets of 10 closes with the trainer, then doing 2 sets of 6-10 closes with the #1, I am attempting the CoC #2.

@@shel0016 My grip training is going very well my brother. Currently doing 2 sets of 15-20 reps with the CoC #1 and starting to rep the #2. I can't wait to get the pinch block from Iron Mind. Thinking about doing brick holds with just my finger tips to strengthen those bad boys up. Other than that I am doing very well my friend. @@SAMARTHNAIKDHURE_ cool didnt know hg 250 feels like the newer coc 2.5. Im working on closing that and the 3.0. Does hg have any grippers comparable to the 3.5 and 4.0. The new 4.0 they say is even stronger to close and they may hit over 400 lbs of. Crushing force to close. Its funny but I notice you dont feel the full strength of a gripper unless your hand is further up on them. Seems no one is able to close the 4 higher up on the gripper. Strength is always focused nearer to end of handles. Basically no one can close the 3.5 or 4 with hands more in the middle where it takes full force to close..wow. But still.amazing power to close regardless. Can barely move the 4.0. I got my 4 late last year. So it should be the newer ones. Excited to one day close it
I second that. I cant wait till movement gets the coc 2.0, 2.5 and 3 so he can tell us how they feel in comparison .Gd90 is another super tuff gripper to close at the max and 170 + lb levels.
