This endgame def finally incentivizes you build your characters rather than let them gather dust. The rng also is a factor if you can finish an Act. I’d say the Theatre needs more polish but I liked it, I cleared Act8, 7Stella

watching cyyu put 3 DPS wanderer clorinde and arlechhino in the same team instead of saving them for bosses later killed me lmaoo [I was able to finish hard mode first try but only got 3 of the stars...which i do not care about tbh, I just wanted it done lol.]

this also makes me realize that there are some things that don't get explained in the IT tutorial. it's got some similarities to Simulated Universe if you play HSR, so if you go into it thinking "oh i need to save up all my flowers" like you would with the cosmic fragments in SU then you're screwed. you need to spend those flowers as soon as you have enough to grab more characters. and it doesn't tell you that anywhere in the explanation screens. honestly it takes some extra playing around to actually understand how IT works. if you use every companion invite boon the moment one pops up, the event is a breeze.

yeah, my first go through in normal mode was a bust because i didnt know i should buy stuff, but after doing it once i was able to figure it out. gotta strategize with this mode, which means i can do it since i have skill issue otherwise lol

My favorite part about Imaginarium Theater is it adds the last party member you used in the mode's battles in the room with you and can even interact with them, making it look they are in fact their helping us. If only normal quests were like this.

I started playing at 1.6 and the only characters I don't have are Wanderer, Arlechino, Wriothsley, Chiori and Shenhe. And from the 80 and so characters in the game I haven't build the half of them. So I understand how difficult this event could be

I didn't do very well on Easy. You just need a little work on some characters. I've worked on mine, so it's probably a skill issue 🤭🤷🏼‍♀️ I avoid the Spiral Abyss. Did enough to get Collei and bounced. You'll get 'em next time!

I never rage when i game, but i had to retry an act MORE THAN 10 TIMES bc the charcaters i had werent build/great together. I gave up act 8 cuz i could never finish it with the charcters i had. THIS WAS PURE TORTURE

2:18 Ruan Mei I had to read her backstory to try and understand WHY THE FUCK she wants to resurrect this evil bug and it’s just because she lacks zero empathy whatsoever. She only cares about Aeons and that’s why she helps out with SU essentially. Jesus… I can’t believe Hoyo made a broken must-pull out of the most unappealing personality. She is also gorgeous and I love her aesthetic with embroidery and playing instruments but GOD there’s no redeeming qualities…

Abby is funny but since the EN dub is worse in Wuwa I’m just not a fan of that. Nothing against the actual VAs and more on the shitty director for the game there.
