He practically withdrew from acting, saying he kind of matured out of it; in his late twenties, post GoT, he didn't get the same satisfaction from acting he got earlier - but I wonder how much the global hatred for Joffrey had diminished his emotional payoff and affected his reception of his own work. I don't mean targeting him, I don't think anybody was confused to hate the actor himself, I don't recall reading about any incidents - but actors kind of live off the audience, the audience is an emotional reflector they feed of. You have to be little twisted on the inside to truly enjoy playing villains and to feel the negative vibe as a positive, a sense of admiration for your craft.

The actor who played Tywin is super nice too. He kept apologizing to Peter Dinklage (Tyrion) because of the way he had to talk to him when filming their scenes together. Lol
When Ashley talked about not knowing if people are good or evil, that is a big part why this show is so good, so many complex characters that each have motives and boundries what they will do for it.
Baelish is arguably evil. Even Cersei has children. She didn't expect things that I don't spoil. As you watch the show . Maybe it's cuz I just don't like him despite mad respect for Aidan I can't really go into detail the way I want to in order to explain the way I view him as just twisted Even Ramsey in his own way is honoring his family.
Well said! GRRM has said he doesn't think the classic high fantasy 'good vs. evil' reflects real life (might be paraphrasing; I don't remember the exact words). Which I very much love. As you said, that's such a big part of why it's so good, the books and the show. I love the characters so much! GoT truly raised the standard for me.

I know this was filmed ages ago, and you're an entire season ahead of the YT uploads, so all I can really say is that I hope Lindsay's treatment was going as well as it appears, because she still looks amazing - and that she knows how many of us are out here sending her positive vibes. I love Tyrion a lot, I love Arya much more and Jon and Danny even more but, after watching the series so many times, I think that the ones I love the most are the dragons and the composer of the music is always 10/10. Now I love your reactions too. Season four is crazy.
There are certain times in this show when I would give almost anything to do a parody rewrite. This 15:00 would have been a perfect place to have anyone on the small counsel to loudly say, "But we *_are!_* Sometimes I just hear smarta$$ things like that in my head. Can't help it 🤪.

Or just tell them to rewatch the wedding and pay attention to Olenna. I think that scene was done very well, the right balance of subtle but clear enough for the audience to catch. Also, I love what someone else said below, having chicken on offer for them after 4x1, that is my type of silly humour.

I really only have one request as a viewer; whenever you guys make loud noises, laughing (I love your laughs) or screaming in fear (which is understandable), it really spikes the mic and makes it difficult to adjust the audio as a viewer. Would it be possible to adjust the audio/mic any to avoid this?
I’m really trying!! I already take the spikes down to 50% vs regular talking 200%-400% unfortunately it’s just a limitation of the software I’m currently using. Looking to upgrade soon though!
Hannah Murray who plays Gilly is in an old show that ive just started watching "Skins" she is much younger obviously and i didn't recognise her for 2 whole episodes but i cannot describe the acting chops on this girl, she plays a troubled teenager who is battling anorexia but is such a sweet, kind & kooky character honestly it knocked my socks off. I know this doesn't really have anything to do with G.O.T but i needed talk about it.

On top of that, when Arya disarms Joffrey and he loses his sword, Robert scolds him, embarrassed and disgusted that his son lost his sword to a girl. In all ways Robert was a distant father who was disappointed in Joffrey. This and his parent’s lack of a relationship affected Joffrey.

I recently just finished this entire show for the first time myself and am glad that I can now get to watch you all react to this show. I might go back and rewatch this show and see if there are any details that i might not have caught before. I can't wait for you all to react to the next season.
I really thought Ashley would have caught up on Ramsay to be fair. ^^ I know she's been rewatching the episodes and there are a few mentions of "my bastard" from Roose that I thought she'd pick upon. But no, and it makes for a great reveal there. Though on my life I cant understand what Lindsay is mumbling there at the end of the scene about Theon and how "he cant live ???? but that's the show though ????", but that happens sometimes. ^^

Gendry Theory Time - I claim that Gendry is NOT the bastard, but rather the one TRUE BORN son of Robert & Cersei. Season One Episode 2, Cersei sits with Kaitlyn and tells her of her first born, a black-haired beauty. Gendry recalls a woman with Golden Hair who used to come to visit as a young child. I believe that Cersei, in hatred for Robert, removed his son and told him that it died... leaving it with others to raise, making way for her children with Jamie to rule and inherit the throne. If right... Gendry is the TRUE HEIR and RIGHTFUL KING.

Lindsay was just a tad annoying this episode,she just didn’t seem to be able to read the tone of many scenes and giggled, when it was just not the time. Other than that, it was a great episode and I always love the ending scene with Daenerys, just epic.😊
