I would say the first 16 seasons are worth watching as far as the people we are introduced to at the start goes, after that the storylines for the ones that remain get dull. After that it really depends on how invested you are in characters introduced later. :)

I dated a doctor before, and she was an intern when I met her, and her salary was extremely low, less than a 40,000 a year. The salaries start low, but they can go up pretty high the more you advance, depending on your specialty.

I like the binging idea BUT some episodes i think you should post alone, like most of the last two episodes of the season 😅 and the first episode of each season as well!!! They are always big and a lot happens

Seems to often be the case that the insanely long shifts are simply because there are not enough nurses and doctors available to handle all those patients and all that work within more reasonable shifts.

Yes. Shifts used to be so long and dangerous because medical professionals would be so tired. They had to pass a law to make long shifts like that illegal after something bad happened(if i remember correctly).
