Christmas came early this year! installed my lowrance active target and it's awesome. learned that it can also be a trap and that my wiribg skills are lacking.
Hey I been there. I might have to get the live scope. I use the same Lowrance Elite FS and thought it would look a little more room consuming. I blew my fuse a few weeks ago, but I plugged my battery up backwards in the dark. Yours is sounding like a fault. Hope it gets sorted man.
Figuring out where and how to wire it without it getting in the way was tough at first but I dialed that part down I think. The 3 in 1 transducer is much bigger than my older one and gets in the way when I getbit in and out of the truck. The pole definitely made strapping it down more difficult too. But other than those inconveniences, not bad. I changed the old wire, I'll run it next trip and see how it does.
@@mendozaoutdoors I have to have the scotty mount side arm for my transducer. The pedal drive won't go down the transducer mounted on the hull. Good to know. I might want to see how it is setup in person. I am in the get-nosedy when I see FFS. A purchase is inevitable.
