Hi Friends.
Well, it's time for our sweet potato harvest. This is our first year so we were unsure how these would turn out. We had some decent growth with some bizarre shapes. We tried to make the soil as loamy as possible and provided plenty of water during our hot summer.
This was a lot of fun, like digging for gold! Watch us as we pull back all the vines and DIG IN!

Thanks will do! Also I didn't build mounds or anything... But still think we had success due to the very loamy soil we created when planting. Thinking about doing a whole patch of these next year.
