Fisas XIII - Body's Functional Management in armed combat and not - Lesson B: Going to gioco stretto 

The second of a three lessons series of Maestro Andrea Lupo Sinclair and Maestro Pietro N. Roselli Lorenzini on body's functional management in armed combat and not.
This lesson was on some basic works on body mechanics for going to gioco stretto with the side sword.
In this lesson there were used the basics seen in the first lesson to create the link between the bare hand and armed work.
Unfortunately in the footage is quite totally missing the part of gymnastics to warm up and feel the body that was strongly linked with the other works.
