Salt 3/4 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder 3/4 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds 4-5
Curry leaves few
Ginger 3 tsp
Garlic 5 tsp
Green chilli 4
Onion 2 big (250 g)
Salt 3/4 tsp
Pepper powder 1 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek powder 1/8 tsp
Bread crumbs
Oil for frying
