⬇️⬇️English recipe follows ⬇️⬇️ 豆腐魚雲湯: 材料: 大魚頭1個 豆腐1磚 薑1舊 芹菜粒半碗 處理: 1. 魚頭洗淨,擎乾水。 2. 豆腐切粒。 3. 薑切片。 4. 芹菜洗淨,切粒。 烹調: 1. 煲滾1煲水。 2. 另一邊,放2湯匙油落鑊,大火燒熱。 3. 爆香薑片。 4. 放魚頭落鑊。 5. 轉中慢火,慢煎。 6. 反轉魚頭再煎。 7. 在另一邊的滾水中,加入豆腐粒,煮至大滾。 8. 放煎好的魚頭及薑片在滾水中,煮至大滾,收中慢火煮5分鐘。 9. 加入芹菜粒,再滾2分鐘,完成。 Tofu soup with big fish head: Ingredients: Big fish head 1 No. Tofu 1 cube Ginger 1 No. Celery 1 No. Preparation: 1. Rinse big fish head, hang dry. 2. Dice tofu. 3. Slice ginger. 4. Rinse celery then get diced. Steps: 1. Boil a pot of water. 2. Heat up 2 tbsp oil at high flame in wok on the other side. 3. Fry ginger slices for 2 minutes. 4. Put fish head into wok. 5. Turn to medium~low flame, continue frying. 6. Flip over fish head, continue frying. 7. Heat up tofu cubes in the boiled up water at high flame of the pot. 8. Put the fried~well fish and ginger slices into the pot. Turn to medium~low flame after boiled up, boil for 5 minutes more. 9. Put celery cubes into the soup, boil for 2.minutes more. Serve.
