I subscribed after watching this video, King Gizz is my favorite band and I like all of their work. A hack critic who works for Pitchfork named Sophie Kemp gave this album 4.8 out of 10; saying it was "vaguely" about the environment, and that it was nothing but goofing off with expensive equipment in servicing the concept of "boogie oogie ooging". Guess you proved her dead wrong. Hope for more reviews in the future.

One of my first thoughts was that boogieman sam is kinda a methaphor for a terrorising person. So boogie stands for terror in my theory. Plastic terror and cy(ber)terror makes total sense in this context. Before: It don't make's no sense at all.

Oh man you really should have faded out this video on the backwards dialogue at the end of Cyboogie but played forward so it's understandable. That little bit at the end really reinforces that idea with a cyborg voice describing the fall of humanity.

I got the impression that 'Cyboogie' was his own character. Much like Boogieman Sam is a metaphor for USA? Seems to me Cyboogie is utterly confused, torn, upset; "flows between nodes in his cursed soul", "augmented senses" & "hearts in a mess."

I really liked your interpretation of the album, I hope you'll go back to the old ones too.
