This is an old video from back in August when the water around Galveston was super nice and blue all the way to the beach. We went out for a couple hours early morning and ended up catching a couple Spanish mackerel. I took one home and made fish jerky, which is something I had never cooked before. make sure to watch all the way through the video to see how this new recipe turned out!
