When you get those wind knots in your braid while you're casting if you pull the loops out until you get to the tight part of the knot, rub a little chapstick or lip balm into the last part of the knot and then pull the ends. The lip balm helps the line slide against itself so you can pull the knot out without as much risk of the line breaking from the friction. I'm very happy to see you break the live stream curse as well!

I think that's a Penn Slammer. If it is, it's a great reel. My father uses them, I use Daiwa BG's mostly. Both of us would like the Shimano Stella's, neither of us are willing to pay for them. With as little inshore as we do we just can't justify them.
