I'm in town for work (from Atlanta-GA) but took some Personal time before in hopes of getting on a good striper bite on the Canal after not seeing a single fish caught during my visit last year. This video is of my third and final day at the Canal and was nothing short of EPIC and INSANE. Links below to my first and second videos from this Trip. Lastly, please try to practice catch and release especially with the big breeding females so we and generations to come can enjoy this amazing fishery! Thanks for watching!

Great video brother!! Always a fun time fishing at the canal. Just pissed me off watching those guys illegal taking more than there limits of fish

Canal Cruisers tell him I sent you. The quality inn I'm bourne is all you need and right around the corner.

Hi, I'm not sure year as I live in Ga and was just visiting from ATL so I just released everything I caught. Check MA Rules and Regs for latest. Both vary whether commercial or private/personal.

Yes 2 if you have a commercial fishing license and it's a designated commercial day which occurred on Monday and Thursday this year.

If you were fishing on a Tuesday or Thursday during commercial(and had your commercial license) I could why they had more then 1 fish. It sucks seeing soo many being kept but because of the population of striped bass are decreasing. But if it wasn’t on those days then that’s straight up poaching. It’s been doing on for long time. People belatedly do it and give zero you know what. It’s wrong and very ignorant. They need more officers patrolling there often!

The Original Capt Jack Yeah its is Monday and Thursday but they’re only supposed to keep 2 fish over 34”, one guy was dragging 3. You’re video is awesome. I like the footage. It’s just crazy to me how people really don’t care about the regs and how they’re destroying the fishery because of greed!

I know I would feed my family with a great striper and stop advertising on the stuff you use to catch fish and just throw them back..your getting paid anyway

Hi Ed, all the fish I caught at the Canal were released safely. This is a fishing VLOG of my short time fishing the Cape Cod Canal while in town from Atlanta. I wasn't paid to fish nor advertising but simply sharing my experience.
