So cool to hear that you having the same wheels as I have I love them they look so massiv and good to hear you not facing majour issues with your car thanks a lot for sharing that as more data we get as better it is specially with the situation it is right now. With the thermometer is a very good point same on my end also last days the car seems to be pretty warm inside when I was jumping in even when it was outside not as hot -- did you had this issue also? thanks a lot for the detailed information really appreciate it. So sorry that you even not able to start the car at all. Could be that the battery itself even after recharging haves an majour issue and lead to the problem you can start anymore or what would be much easier fix, change the battery in the key fob (I guess you did but I found something interesstging out now) use Varts Lithium batteries since couple of days and the issues seems to be done with that may also the key fob is sensitive for the batteries itself?

Hi, I have one of the first Fisker Ocean earlier builds came with this smooth surface the newer version having kind of more grip on so nothing done with the Key Fob to cover. Mike from FiskerOceanSpecialist uses a pocket for his one and that is very usefull check on of his early videos where it is descripted.

Hi, thanks a lot for sharing also an ealry build prio produced bevor August 2023 seems that there is a really a pattern where we can follow up with. With the rearview mirrow inside it happes with me also on sunny days it lillte bit like intermitten connection. Need to check that with the skyroof could be possible also at my end using mostly cali mode just to get the heat out of the car and then close it again not use it single. With the range fluction it drives me crazy. Been driving the last days about 2.500km and got also on the way 2.1 update. Some features work a bit better but the range is significant less and charing is a massiv issue now. Will also report sepretly that topic. I also contacted Fisker about all the issues again but seem to be no response also in Winter I have aks to replace the car but they didn´t wonted doing it...So strange also that most of the early FOO having that issues e.g. the most extrems lane assist works etc. late build having more or less 0 issues at all. I can´t just see that this is "just" software related what is the argumentation from Fisker needs to be also a mechanical issue within the parts. Thank you so much for sharing. The question itself is pretty tough to answer because it really depends on local laws-whether you are located in a state, province, or even a different country. Additionally, it would require examining the contract made with Fisker in each respective region. Consulting a lawyer would be necessary to get an accurate answer for that. If you received a letter that lists you as a debtor and you want to ensure you get at least something from your promised share of debt, and if this is what Adam refers to in his video, I would follow that advice. This gives you some legitimacy and ensures you are considered in the process. However, please note that I'm not a legal expert-this is just my personal opinion on how I would approach and understand the situation. As far as I understand, listing yourself as a debtor doesn't guarantee you will get your money back in full. It might result in a small amount for promised features like tires or something similar, but it will generally be much less than the original value. Again, in my personal view, you could claim that you’re not getting what you were promised or that your car is defective. However, this would require legal assistance, which adds extra costs to the procedure. May be the best option for you specially with regards to the banrupcy that you are in front of the line to see at least some of your money? Is there a cosumer help authority in your country that may be able to support?

Hi on high regen mode and with the rear brakes didn´t had an issue do you have an issue with them?

@@gentlemensworld I can notice significant amount of brake dust on rear wheels, while front wheels are clean. Looks like regen is happening only on the front and brakes are used on the rear.

Thank you so much and sorry to heart about also your issues. I think there are specially early batches where lot of componets are pretty bad and this is the roote of the issues if you have a so early build and the same issues could be same batch also same color etc? thanks a lot.

Could be, unfortunately. I have a white one. No other issues really as far as I can tell. But with all the issues others are experiencing I’m a little scared of its reliability on longer drives😬

I cross fingers that it will last bettter. I think different colors could be already a different build. Let´s see and wait.

My one is extreme. The guy change a new battery, he said due to OTa fail cause blocking the battery running. Basically normal rescue people can't really help. They need to do some reset. He never tell what Fisker going to be. Take care all

Oh my God but sounds very similuar to my ocean with the failures even didn´t thought about the dust but you correct having also lot of it on my one. Driver Screen went also twice black with my one but not anymore. Crazy how much did you get selling it?

@gentlemensworld basically the only dealership that would do business with the ocean was vw. They gave me 26k for the ocean. And I walked away with a 2024 id4 pro s awd.

@NLFmom yeah I looked for a week for somebody. I went out of state California Arizona Utah nobody wanted it for any amount of money. Even here in Vegas 90% of the dealers said hell no. But finally vw dealer gave me 26k for it. And they made a hell of a deal for a new 24 id4 pro s awd. I couldn't refuse the deal. Had to do it before the ocean even deprecated more. And yes of course I took a nice hit I owed 53k. But with the vw incentives and yes the tax credit it came out not too bad. Good luck

@@gentlemensworld When I lived in Southeastern Spain I had to WD40 more often with the hot dry & dusty conditions - but in the UK it's always wet so I never need to 🤣🤣 Yeah it's just a car maintenance thing, lubricant on door hinges, boot/bonnet hinges & struts - I usually check everything after giving my car a wash n wax 👍

Yes it is indeed really bad in winter times - all EV´s in Wintertime lose up to 40% of there range due to various influences as heatpump, battery warming etc. but is really high with the Fisker sure to be not to hard with the car it was on a older software version anyhow I doubt that this issue is fixed. Claimed it also to Fisker mutliple times but no reaction. Good that you EV9 haves such a better range. Also having now 2.1 installed and seems to be even worst now with the range.

Ah I see. Thinking about it, I guess it is possible my car can go as low as 200km/100kwh if temps are low enough. I'm cooling at about a 10-15c delta from outside to inside. heat pumps are usually slightly more efficient in cooling than heating, and worse if outside temp is low. So if temps drop below 0, it's likely going to be the similar power usage

Definitiv sorry dafür muss mir mal ein headset beim editing kaufen, leider scheint mein PC die tönezu unterdrücken deshalb war zum teil die musik auch so laut. Mochte ein wenig am Erlebnis für die Zuschauer Arbeiten Sound und die Effekte sind aber noch Neuland für mich da ist gerade so feeback wie dein sehr Wertvoll vielen Dank

I think it’s one of the old system that byd had sold it to fisker and he had his design on it
