Yes, true. Because of individual differences I find it better to recommend that each person test these for themselves and report back if they turn out to be accurate or not.

I bought en E400 just before Christmas, and I saw in the system settings that this watch also says it is a E400. I bought it just to test the blood glucose and have used it now for 3 months. Everything is good enough, pulse, ECG, SpO2, Blood Pressure etc. Good enough but not perfect. But... Blood Glucose is far from good. In my E400 it presents exactly the same blood glucose curve for all nights. Exactly the same curve from midnight to 7 am. During the day it varies. But never it is close to my certified glucose meter. So the blood glucose function in my watch is nothing to trust. This VKE400 watch might differ from my E400 watch because it has a slightly higher system version number.
This is what I'm wondering. I had the E400 and it was good except awful blood glucose and I had nights where it didn't track my sleep. Returned it. Wondering If this watch is updated version or just the same thing with different name.

I bought the E400 watch for Glucose monitoring. I know it's not medical device. I find out the number it showed is not even measure mine. It's Technical system make it up. Even I fast on lunch time. It still showed on 10. Because it's lunch time the Glucose suppose is high. Any the number is fake. All make it up. Be ware.
I have the E400 and it's really good looking watch and I'm sorry to say the blood sugar is completely FAKE (I'm diabetic) and some sleep tracking issues, also the blood pressure is unreliable. Back to my GT2!
Same. I wanted to love this watch so much. But the Blood glucose was terrible and sleep tracking didn't track sleep a lot of nights. Had to get a refund.
Hi, Mr. Ticks. I should thank you for all of your advices about smartwatches because of you in the last of 3 years I use only 4G smartwatches. 2 of Prime SE and one of Optimus 2 who I currently use. I have a very big question. What happened with 4G card sim slot on smartwatches? They rid of them? In the future I want to use also this kind of smartwatch but as I see on your channel you haven't introduced us any new products with sim slot. Can you tell us what you think about this direction of products? In the future we should be inslaves by smartphones or we still have this option with smartwatches? I am BP patient and i must tell you about all the amount of money i have spent on smart watches in the quest to get Heart rate alerts. These watches are not to be trusted as they are way off and inaccurate. Most seem to do oxygen fairly well but are not to be trusted. You've been warned. The technology is a novelty and has a long way to go. As for blood pressure, way off. You have to add in your latest readings from a proper machine to get a close reference but every time you check your blood pressure, it changes, so how can a watch be accurate? Waste your time when you could buy yourself a real blood pressure machine. Having a watch that can do all this, for so cheap worries me, even at hundreds, way to ambitious, and most of us are super gullible in desperation for a lazy and quick way to satisfy our worries. You have been warned.
I think many viewers of this channel want watches that tether to their phones. These kind of devices are less expensive. I think if there is a SIM card then there will have to be less hardware for measuring on the underside of the watch? Plus all this health hardware and a SIM card would kill the battery. If you want watches with SIM cards go and find a channel that shows them. I am sure there must be plenty of channels out there if you looked?
I strive for a broad array of different features to show you guys here, and occasionally we have watches that take SIM cards. Ironically, all the Android watches use SIMs and I get lots of frustrated comments about wanting to do Bluetooth calling instead! Anyway, we have moved from a wave of military hardened rugged watches to totally health focused wearables for awhile. We'll see what types of watches are released next.
