Excellent review Doc! Very entertaining. I used to own charge 2 at one point. Apart from exercise tracking, it was amazing at tracking sleep. I hope charge 4 kept that excellent feature.
Thank you for your comment! Yes- the sleep tracking is there and it is impressive especially with the detailed break down the premium subscription gives you. Of course we can not know just how accurate the sleep data is but even a qualitative understanding of how one is sleeping is enough for most. :)

Hi- great comment! This is absolutely true however the Apple Watch is of course more expensive and not compatible for those who are Android users. The Charge 4 has a unique spot in this regard.
