This is an Intermediate Matwork Pilates exercise great for pelvic and torso stability in neutral during unilateral leg movement. Maintain scapular stabilization throughout by avoiding sinking in to the shoulders. Keep the abdominals and glutes engaged. Have a feeling of pressing the pubic bone into the mat to keep the spine in neutral.
