FITTING AN RS3 ENGINE INTO MY AUDI RSQ3 - WILL IT WORK??...

I remember 20 years ago, my brother had his Renault 19 F16 engine demolished and he went for a swap from a Clio with the "same" engine. It was a nightmare, the mounts were totally different and needed a lot of work to make it fit. I could imagine how things got even more complicated 20 years later, with all additional accessories

Did the same thing on my golf gti with alternator but mine snapped when tightening, another lesson learnt. Great vid love the engine stuff.

Nice to follow how it goes, not a easy swap but you got the parts so should be alright.

They did fit the CZGA/CZGB engine to the RSQ3 in 2016 in a 340bhp and 367bhp (RSQ3performance) facelifts

Use a broom handle to push the brake pedal.

Not 310 BHP.. 310 PS, which is about the same when converted anyway (305 BHP)

Incredible all the different btw engine code. Even for the same car, same year, same power, from Europe to America some engine have different code !!! So it look the same but its not ! Cant wait to see if everthing gonna work under load !!! Well done this one was tought !

Can a RS3 engine works in a B9 Q5 2018 I'm curious

Hi, hoping someone has the answer but in the US (production was limited and Q&A’s aren’t common with the first gen 2.5 CEPAs/CEPBs). I’m thinking about the DAZA turbo route but my question would be is - is the downpipe different from the CEPA engine? What are power numbers expected in comparison to a TTE turbo?

Some advice I bought a Mercedes slk 230 compressor 197bhp I was wondering about upping the power should I go for the ECU remapping maybe also changing the Jets to 300s, or trying to make the compressor more powerful by changing the pulley I'm not looking for superpower 260 be fine. You wouldn't have a Hayes manual for one of them have you? Where's a good place to look online is there any manuals hopefully are free? Chance anybody

Isn't the rs3 engine out of an A3 car but obviously called rs3 has 370hp or 400hp depending on the year . So the rsQ3 should be 370 or 400 hp now after the swop.
