I ordered the Veridian cruise system with the DCT specific switch, it fits on the switch housing right next to the twistgrip, easily reached with your thumb.
Quiet like it Tom, not been out on it I'll find out tmove going to work, you keeping ok, we have to open the wings of our poormans Goldwings again🤣🤣👍👍👍
Nothin but the best for the might NC! 😁 I've had my DCT firmware flashed. Btw I just mounted my new Morimoto 1banger led pod lights but I still haven't done the wiring. I got the original Honda fog light switch so a lot of panels must come off 🤦🏻♂️
@@birchwoodbiker Thanks very much. It's always comes as a surprise that people follow what I do. A nice surprise. Thanks again. As for screens... I'm on my third for the old Fazer. In 20 years I've not found one that gets my head out of the breeze. In fairness I'm taller sitting down than standing. 😀 Long back, short legs. Possibly bar risers and to the rear may help?
I asked my local Honda dealer about those NC750 2025 ads. I gotta say some of them didn’t look to bad , design-wise. I’ve decided I’m gonna get the xadv for 2025. The upgrades make it worth it for me
Remove your quadlok and install the CC switch next to the handbrake. That's how I have it installed on my NC. Also don't worry about mounting your GPS there in the middle, that's where I have mine installed and no issue with opening the frunk lid.
It shows it’s worth buying from eBay , the slightly smoky looks very good especially for nigh it suits the bike , just ready for winter ?It’s shocked me how accessories cost for my Enfield classic 350.
Hiya mate, Thanks for the video and by the way I do like your videos without a repetitive leader to go through every time so no hurry on doing one. I have the same screen setup on my NC and find it works well. I like to ride visor up which I can do easily to 70 ish, Its worth faffing about with the extra defector on the top of the screen as it really can make quite a difference when you adjust it to your liking. As far as Sat Nav's go I prefer and have mine on a bar above the speedo but I have had it on the centre of my handle bars as well but got sick of looking down all the time but it is a personal choice mate just suck it and see. Take care and ride safe.
I think u might just need to get used to the Cbr. I switched my transalp 750 to a tracer 9 and on the tracer 9 u also sit more sporty and very noticeable difference between the transalp. But after a few weeks I dont even notice it anymore. Ofcourse, u keep riding your NC, so the cbr will always feel more sporty
@@birchwoodbiker And if it doesnt get better with more time, it might just not be the bike for you. Everyone is different, maybe u need a more relaxed position, time to look into a harley hahaha
@@MotoTourIreland I am 99 percent 2 wheels all year. I just see so many people buy expensive bikes, then dump half the amount more into changing it. I was thinking, my channel is motorcycles and pipe smoking and going someplace. But I don't alter my bike much and don't do smoking videos. But I can tell tou about going some where. Lol. I am not a motorcycle channel, I am not a pipe channel, I am a me channel I guess with people that enjoy the same things I do. Or I pay them to watch! 😂 I was watching him going to do more lights and horn and windscreen, and I felt like, I am not a motorcycle channel, as I have nothing to offer other then the best way to get to point "B" is on two wheels. Motorcycles are more of a life style to me. It's the only way I get around.
@@BlakesPipes Yes. I just watched your Enchilada Lasagna video aka the motorcycle cover. Great video. Motorcycles are the best way to explore, even more so over here due to having a lot of ancient single track roads. I hear you about your channel being a me channel. Mine is touring, food, scenery or whatever I see... like a railway track being renewed. All fun.
I’ve a Puig on my 21 NC…. For me 5’6” it’s near perfect and as NC owners we know how much of a challenge the NC screen is. Mines not got the deflector so I’ll be interested how you find it. I’ll check my Honda dealer re that recall
Yes, I think he also needs a Derek horn. I miss mine that I had on my BMW. Rarely used it, but when I did, people looked! I think rather then loud pipes, we should have loud horns! 😂
Veridian Cruise.com check there site they are connections there is no cutting wires, and yes aftermarket they do many bikes, when I recieve mine I will do a installation video and riding one with it
Verdian Cruise control, looks like a really well built system, there no cutting wires just plug in, it would be great if you could send pic would appreciate is your fitted working well BB👍👍👍
