I learned in sport science that when you take a supplement that your body naturally produces, than your body tends too produce less of it which is obviously not good.
What are one of the best Supplements brands out there to take, I'm Undecided between 1st Phorm, Inno Supps, and Alpha Lion. Also what Brand you recommend when it comes to L-Carn, Probiotics, CLA, Yohimbine? My Goal is to Lose Body Fat, and turn that fat into some good lean muscle, not trying to get big, since I'm all about doing Sports. (I don't look fat on the rest of my body other then just belly area which it's my most stubborn fat, hard to get rid off)
All to YHWH Elohim! Thank you for praising Him outloud!!!😇🕊🙏💖 . I have health challenges too. "The Little Engine That Could" is my life story. My husband says I'm a professional try-er... Maybe sounds discouraging, but living in Christ is always about enduring as we are overcoming. May you be filled with His joy to keep receiving His strength so you can be a shining light of His loving goodness wherever you go! I pray for His peace and comfort upon you too. In Yahushua's Name🤗💖🕊🙏

Thomas, when it comes to achieving your muscle-building goals, your diet plays a crucial role. Supplements can be a valuable addition to support your efforts. Look for supplements that contain muscle-building ingredients like protein, creatine, and BCAAs. However, remember that supplements should enhance a well-balanced diet, not replace it entirely. Stay dedicated to your fitness goals and fuel your body with nutritious foods:ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ONu4dPA5P4w.html
Hi, I lost 10 lbs in a month with intermittent fasting. I took natural supplement that helped me to feel energized during my 16 hr fasting window without any dietary restrictions. Also helped me to reverse my A1c from 8 to 6.6.
Honorable mentions: Alpha Lipoic Acid B1 Thiamine Berberine All 3 tackle insulin sensitivity issues. Suppress hunger. Improve ketone synthesis. Which ultimately leads to weight loss. But!!! This doesn’t mean you can eat like crap and drink alcohol excessively and think these supplements will still work. Lifestyle changes must still be implemented for them to work as intended.
Awesome video🔸️We have been waiting on a TD video for Yohimbine for 4 years now, lol🔹️ 1️⃣ Yohimbine, reduced the amount coffee I NEED to feel alert 2️⃣ Burn more fat around waist and stubborn areas 3️⃣ Increased cortisol and body temp at correct time (morning) is IDEAL CIRCADIAN rhythms Downside: It takes anywhere from 5-10 pills based on your current weight...BUT amount of capsules decreases as you lose weight
Ephedrine was really a magic pill. All this other stuff really dont work. Green tea and probiotics are for good health but not really fat loss. I miss ephedrine to.
I remember being able to buy ephedrine pills for 5.99 at the gas station. 1 pill a day not only killed your hunger, craving for food. But gave you a huge burst of energy, and made working out a lot easier. All with almost no side effects for me. It's sad that drug users ruined the positive uses of ephedrine
Some to experience weightloss in a timely manner may need a cleanse method too. Like a tea, vegetable and seafood diet intermittently along with the supplements. Wormwood also works for a cleanse.
Beans soup is amazing with cayenne pepper and corn and ginger root. Add a side of green beans steamed. Jello for dessert or sugar free ice cream with trail mix. And lemonade, tea and coffee.

Thanks for the suggestions! I would also add one more supplement to this list: Standardized Hot Water Root Extract Tongkat Ali from AKARALI. There are many types of Tongkat Ali on the market, but this specific one is the safest and most potent. It also complies with World Anti-Doping Agency regulations, which is important for professional athletes like me. I started taking this natural supplement to increase my testosterone, and it has surprisingly helped me lose weight as well. After 11 months, I have already lost 10 kilograms. Great stuff!
imo this guys videos are very informative, but entirely too much scientific info. i just want everything brief, my ADD wont let me last the whole video.

L- Carnitine and CLA absolutely worked for me to improve body composition. At the time I was working out 5-6 days a week for many years. I saw a pretty big difference with both of those supplements individually and taking them together was phenomenal. ….. and here comes the but….. taking both of those supplements for a couple of years reeked havoc on my thyroid and I became hypothyroid at only 33. Did I have a predisposition? Perhaps - but no one else in my family has thyroid issues. Once I stopped the supplements - my thyroid function improved somewhat but the damage was done. I’m now on thyroid medication for life. Sounds simple enough but the synthetic hormones are not the same and do not alleviate the symptoms- I’m left chronically exhausted and it is literally impossible for me to lose a single pound. I struggle to workout now and my diet is clean so I’m not overweight but if your someone who struggles with weight to begin with - I would be super careful because hypothyroidism is a literal nightmare. I actually can’t tolerate taking CLA or L-carnitine anymore. Don’t ask me why I tried but both make me incredibly sick now. There is a ton of research to show that l-carnitine specifically lowers thyroid hormone production and over time can be quite damaging and in my case irreversible. I’m not against supplements but if you really want to try them make sure your getting regular bloodwork- like twice yearly with a full thyroid panel and stop if you see any changes. Sounds dramatic but it literally ruined my life. It’s been 10 years since all of that and the daily fatigue is indescribable. I looked amazing and felt great for the first couple years I was taking it but it wasn’t worth it. I’m guessing I likely would have ended up with thyroid disease in my 60’s but I’m 100% certain these two supplements in addition to my crazy intense workouts lead to the early onset.
So I’m totally confused as to which one might benefit me or if taking all of them is better? Currently I’m in a wheelchair due to having labreal tears in both hips from constant falling due to having MS almost 20 years. Injections worked on both sides but the atrophy from using the chair has become consistent daily work to get to the next step, a walker. Unfortunately weight’s been a yo-yo my entire life. I’m a 48 yr old woman, 5’3”, & around 200 lbs. I’ve been going to my local YMCA’s pool three days a week for three one hour water fitness classes since Sept 2021. I’ve built muscles in my arms, right leg, & I’m incredibly proud of my core strength!! Thanks for all the info you post!
Besides caffeine and fasting, my personal opinion is that all of this stuff is marginally beneficial AT BEST. whatever 1-3% increase in fat loss you experience is probably offset by some other factor in the body. Just focus on diet and exercise. It’s cliche but it’s TRUE! Coming from someone who has bought all the crap they sell over the years
100% people need to stop looking for the magic pill. All this time effort and money looking for a few % improvement. Could of spent that effort on fasting, exercise diet would net much better results.

It’s so easy to overstep any possible beneficial weight loss effects of these supplements if diet or exercise is off the mark. They may be marginally beneficial in some, but after being on 3 of the 4 listed, and doing intermittent fasting I am pretty much done with caffeine or other pill boosters for weight loss. No short cuts really exists for longterm hard won maintenance of body weight goals. Intermittent fasting and working out delivers consistently.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 oh sweet summer child. Tell that to a woman who has massive PCOS, Vestibular Migraines, and super unbalanced thyroid. My hbgA1c is 5.2%. So no doctor will give me meds usually prescribed for PCOS. Vestibular migraine, I have massive increase of symptoms while intermittent fasting. And my thyroid went from 1.94 (after fighting it for a year) to 9 in 2 months (with me taking my levothyroxine). So increase of meds, Back down to 4 in a month. To 5.5 after increasing my levothyroxine again in a month. During this time, I couldn’t work out because of the migraine symptoms for 6 months straight. (Went to 7 doctors, 3 of them specialists). No headaches. That’s not what vestibular migraines do… but the only thing I could eat that didn’t really eff me up with symptoms, was salmon, broccoli, and squash. I had to eat chicken. Because I couldn’t eat salmon everyday for 6 months. Super small portions. Because nausea. Again. Migraine symptoms. No headache. I gained 15lbs. When I could workout. I had a dietician. And a personal trainer. Working out 5 days a week…. Gained another 20. They said I was cheating. I wasn’t… why!?!? MY BODY ISNT LIKE THEIRS!!! PCOS is a bitch. Having a effed up thyroid is a bitch. So tell me again how working out and intermittent fasting is the best plan?
@@deo3367 I work with many women whom have pcos that don't register a high A1C. Intermittent fasting (when eating low glycemic) and exercise is absolutely the best route. Also need to be in a slight caloric deficit based off of your BMR. This approach works EVERY time. It's biologically impossible for it not to.
@@deo3367He’s right. Your experience isn’t the general experience or rule of thumb. THE WORLD does not revolve around YOU!!!! 😂 For the majority of people consistently exercising and intermittent fasting 😂 Who do you think you are!?
Take no more than 400mg of egcg and take Milk thistle phytosome, Cholorogenic acid, Rutin, Magnesium, Lycopene to prevent the possibility of liver damage from Green tea extract.
It was on the screen, but you didn't verbally say it, the study on L-Carnitine suggests that you should cycle it. The last sentence of the blurb you popped up said that prolonged use resulted in diminishing returns. So either the body just reaches a saturation point and just excretes the excess (best case scenario) or the body adapts to the presence of exogenous L-Carnitine and become resistant to it (worst case scenario). So I'm thinking probably on the same sort of cycle for creatine. 2 months on. 2 weeks off. Hard to say without more data on precisely how quickly you deplete the excess L-Carnitine.

@@sheritimmons8803 I used to take 3gm L-Carnitine with 3gms CLA, 3 times a day. I would also use Fish Oils up to 30gms (3x10) if no CLA. Be mindful taking up to 30 gms of fish oil/day will saturate your body and will thin your blood. If you start to bruise easily back off the fish oil.
Umm.. So is Yohimbine better than other drugs? 1. Yohimbine 2. Caffeine / green tea extract 3. Clen 4. L-carni.. 5.T3/T4 6. Please add or there are corrections in order to effectiveness 🤔
I have tried about 5 different probiotic supplements and had an extreme increase in hunger. I had to stop them. Instead I eat lots of garlic and onions.

I do, and have the past 3 months! No complaints or issues with any for me personally, in fact I’m happier and more energetic than I’ve ever been. I go to the gym twice a day before and after work focusing on cardio and lift moderately at home. Also go to therapy haha so maybe that’s why I’m so happy but so far my body has also become immensely active and happy too! Would recommend especially the green tea for energy and as a hunger curber but every supplement he has named is wonderful and seems to help well with a good work out routine.
Yohmbine and albuterol or clembuterol is what all the body builders / politicians / celebrities use. The later 2 are Illegal of course (without presciption) but its fascinating when you realize the sheer scale of illicit substance use happens behind closed doors.

Hello Thomas, can you recommend me which weight loss pill I can use to loose my weight, I have been struggling on my weight for too long, and I need good recommendation so, I can buy it in amazon.
Tried yohimbi and carnatine and they made me uncomfortably jittery. I think regular green tea is safer and nearly as effective. Cla is interesting. Different probiotic strains have different effects.
I used to love Twin Labs Ripped Fuel Extreme which had L-Carnitine in it. I stopped after a few years of using it on and off with my routines. I didn't want to continue using it after I had stopped because I noticed a huge difference in my mood. I figured adding some of Ripped Fuel's ingredients to my supplements may be helpful. As I paid attention to the changes I realized that it was L-Carnitine (or at least it seemed to be) that would send me into a depressed state. So, I no longer use it or Ripped Fuel. I have a bottle I keep around for "emergencies" because that stuff is legit made from Bruce Lee's blood.
Okay cool vid but out of the hundred options which one should I buy? This video is worthless if you don’t recommend the product (WITHOUT GETTING SPONSORED FOR IT)

L-Carnitine is a great supplement that can assist with fat loss. There is some good literature and research on how it can increase androgen receptors in muscle tissue as well. I’m a grad student studying exercise science/nutrition in a clinical capacity and I appreciate your knowledge of the science behind these supplements. Thanks, Thomas!

@@LisaCPerry I used to take Ripped Fuel, and it had ephedrine in it. It worked wonderful for me for weight loss. I ran as well which helped. If one would have researched it out better, and took it like they were supposed to have ( assuming that was the case, “ over doing it )…… then perhaps it would still be on the market. Good stuff 🙂.
I was shocked to see CLA on this list. I have tried it so many time, different brands too, and always end up bloated and running for the bathroom. It does not agree with me at all.
Good list. I'm taking to help heal my gut: inulin, bulletproof probiotic (acacia, larch arabinoglalactan, Phgg) jarrow Xos + GOS, + flax seeds and rx strength flora + tributryn X.
