I had to learn how to be a man myself and smile at others. When i think of Ivan, i think of how we can help others get through the day by cheering people up, instead of making others' days worse. Thank you for helping so many people have an outlet to get out of the cage that holds them

Man did I even not realize how much I needed this group of artists so much in my life. I listen, i mean really listen to so much and varied music- trust me I have a wide range of likes and this...this BAND speaks so loudly and clearly to my inner being and they actually rest my soul. I'm telling you all, seriously, daily I listen to several songs but top of the list is "A Little Bit Off Today" "Wrong Side of Heaven" of others at least three times....daily. Finding new ones every week I love to hear over and over as well. These guys are GODS for the human soul.

FFDP I have listened to since the bleeding hit my ears one day, and I looked up all their songs and kept listening over the years. I have been lucky enough to see them in concert a couple times. As someone with a troubled past and a Veteran, their music has helped me through so much pain and darkness. There are more times than I can count when my darkness has settled in, if anything this band has helped me through my life so many times. Your music is true art and inspiration and helps many of us cope with pain and much more so thank you for everything you do.

I only found this band a year or so ago, and I think their music and the message's within were a catalyst to seek help for my (now diagnosed) PTSD. I truly believe they may have quite literally saved my life. So thank you for that.

May 2020, my wife had a stroke and had to have surgery. I couldn't be there due to covid, I listened to this song on repeat to get me thru the pain. Sometimes you can have everything, but still drown alone because nobody was there beside you

I lost my Marine Vetern brother 7.5yrs ago and my 8yr old daughter 8.5yrs ago. My dear brother and I were always close and when he returned from duty he battled PTSD from his time in Iraq. It was heartbreaking to watch him struggle. Now I battle my own PTSD due to the tragic losses I have faced yet ever time I listen to 5FDP not only do I feel like a little piece of my brother is given back to me but I am enveloped in a sheltering embrace and it warms me. Thank you 5FDP for giving voice to our servicemen and women, our first responders and the painful side of life along the way. I am grateful for you.

That is one of the things that I love about FFDP. They go Deep on a lot of their songs. Draw that pain, that darkness, that is in all of us. And like the saying goes, "Pain shared is pain lessened. Joy shared is joy increased." Thanks you FFDP!

My mother passed away November 13th 2021. I'm glad she's at her peace, however the darkness has definitely settled within me. Inspiring tracks like this make me want to understand the feeling of writing/composing/performing music more in-depth. To know the feeling of playing in front of a crowd is one thing I will work towards, maybe then I'll cross off being able to travel this beautiful planet of ours before meeting my mother again.

My oldest son loved FFDP and this song was one of his favorite. And my favorite too. My son died in October and we played this song in church at his funeral ❤️❤️ It would be my biggest experience to see them in concert. FFDP are a great band and their music and lyrics really moves me ❤️

As a combat veteran I’ve struggled for 32 years to come to terms with myself and the things I had to do for “God and country” and all that other B.S. I was told as a raw recruit. Don’t get me wrong I love my country and if asked I would do it all over again because of my love for U.S.A. because it’s the greatest country in the world but the lack of support Uncle Sam shows it’s fighting veterans is sad. The support FFDP has for the warriors of our nation is awesome and the lyrics hit home like a 1000 pounder dropped from 30,000 feet and hitting the bullseye. Im an Army grunt and boots on the ground is what wins wars and FFDP has helped me and I’m hoping helped many others like me to realize that there are a larger group of people out there that REALLY do appreciate our sacrifices. Keep up the good work men because it is helping me and I hope others like me as well. Y’all have that kick their a$$ and take firetrucking names later attitude that it takes to win wars. Hats off and a salute to all of you!!! HOO RAH!
