Five Finger Death Punch is one of those bands that hardcore metal fans love to hate. Decidedly mainstream and known for their many radio rock hits, their name doesn't often come up in conversations about guitar riffs. The only thing I dislike about FFDP is that all their songs sound the same to me, like they lost creativity since The Wrong Side of Heaven and The Right Side of Hell, but there are some solid tracks on the first three albums. Never Enough is a favorite of mine

For me it’s mainly their guitar tone and production. It’s so over produced and synthesized that it doesn’t really sound aggressive.

Your tone makes these songs sound a lot better. Never really liked any of the stuff after their 1st album because I couldn’t get past that overly produced/synthesized almost fake sounding tone the guitars had.
