In this video, Miamisburg Middle School Intervention Specialist Mandie Sands returns to talk to use about Depth and Complexity in our planning and activities. Mandie also introduces us to the Depth and Complexity icons developed by Dr. Sandra Kaplan. The icons are visual prompts designed to help students go beyond surface level understanding of a concept and enhance their ability to think critically.
